Ned_Schneebly Welcome to week 1 of my Black Dog Auto grow courtesy of Original Sensible Seeds! I have mixed my soil which is comprised of peat/compost/perlite. I have used Canna Terra previously which is terrific but costly. mixing your own soil is alot cheaper and i think better as your ingredients are usually fresher. i source my compost from either verasoil worm cast or living farm Australia compost. After the soil is mixed i like to add dr.greenthumbs veg&grow and bud&bloom organic amendments along with some microbial sources such as earthlife garden delight or Bardee insect frass. I am using 18L pots. I have carefully transplanted into the larger pots and they show no signs of stress. Seem to be doing very well under the 2x mars tsw2000 Thanks for following :]

Ned_Schneebly Welcome to week 3 of my Black Dog Auto grow courtesy of Original Sensible Seeds! Wow! These plants have exploded with growth and 1 in particular! They have been receiving lots of training including super cropping, lst and defoliation. Training is resulting in nice numbers of main shoots on these plants and i am very happy with how they are growing. The 2x mars tsw2000 are doing a great job, and the plants are responding very well to them. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my grow, please leave me a comment if you have any tips for me.

Ned_Schneebly Welcome to week 4 of my Black Dog Auto grow courtesy of Original Sensible Seeds! These plants are growing super fast and love to be trained. I accidentally snapped a top on one but she is responding well. I have treated all 3 slightly different and will be interesting to see the yeild difference. All 3 plants recieve dechlorinated water from my dr.greenthumbs filter or evaporation in bucket. I am worried one of my black dogs may have a cal/mag related deficiency and I have top dressed this one with dr.greenthumbs ocean grown cal/mag. I will buy a soil ph test kit and update with results of that. Thanks for stopping by!

Ned_Schneebly Welcome to week 5 of my Black Dog Auto grow courtesy of Original Sensible Seeds! We have 3 Black Dogs growing in the mars hydro 4x4, she's getting a bit crowded as I have a couple more autos and 2 photo's in the same tent. All 3 plants are growing beautifully. 1 plant was showing some cal/mag deficiency that I believe I have corrected with top dress of dr.greenthumbs ocean grown cal/mag. Plant 1 and 2 got a minor defol, and plant 2 needed some lst that should have occurred 2 weeks ago. I have a small gnat problem that I hope to have corrected by next week's diary. Ned_Schneebly Sorry for late update. Black Dogs growing excellent. I burnt all my plants with calmag accidentally. They seem to be bouncing back well. These baby's wreak of fruit lollies! So excited for these girls!

Ned_Schneebly Welcome to week 7 of my Black Dog Auto grow courtesy of Original Sensible Seeds. These plants are doing so good! Obviously the 3rd plant is small because I accidentally snapped it early on. Very frosty and beautiful fruity smell. Plant 2 and 3 have a bit of cal mag burn as I had an accident with my whole crop! Yikes! Seem to be pushing through with a flush. Come back next week!

Ned_Schneebly 2 larger are different phenos in both appearance and smell, 1 is more woody while the largest and smallest are alot sweeter. They are all growing so well and large. Remembering I accidentally snapped the smallest one at one point. Excellent genetics!

Ned_Schneebly Pics aren't the best but I hope to take some better ones before I chop. Smells stunning, fading beautiful and starting to colour nicely. The small girl I chopped was close to 1 ounce and she smoked beautifully. Very frosty and sticky, strong weed for sure.

Ned_Schneebly Welcome back and sorry for the late update! I finally have some quality photos for you guys (no professional.... yet.) Week 10 they started to fade beautifully. Beautiful aromas and sticky buds, beautiful size plants. Very happy with both of them and every seed ive ever gotten from original sensible seeds! I will be chopping mid next week.

Ned_Schneebly The grow cycle was a quick 11 weeks, I think it's possible to harvest at week 10 or even 12 depending on how you like your smoke. I couldn't have done any of this without the affordability of the mars hydro products!
