The seeds came out a bit and I just put them under the lamp today. It's right?
The distance from the lamp to the plant is 50 cm and at the beginning of the lamp the power is 75%? What do you think? should I change something? please help

The F1 hybrid is really smaller but healthy.
I think it's still cold here at night, that's why they grow more slowly, but the weather is getting warmer.
@Keimenmann, put it on 100 procent so it can make some heat, and maybe 80-85cm. Guessing from the specs on the light. They need around 200 μmol/m2/s at this stage.🤛
Halo Keimenmann. Same problem here. Nights are too cold. This is why I use an 150w hps light bulb. It warms air inside locker. When temps are higher I use either cfl or leds.
Your light is good I would go 24 to 30in away at 35 40 percent power seedling cant used the light at 75 percent right now alittle over kill you need that that type of setting for full veg right before flower hope this help also hold your hand over the top of plants if the light is to strong or if heat is a problem your hand will let you know if your not comfortable you girls wont be either each grow is differnt happy budding and good luck
