Melon gum

Since my pure instinto delivery never made it, a friend gifted me one of his pure instinto genetics already sprouted. I repotted it into a 20l pot full of my soil mix (peat/compost/perlite/amendments) and gave it a fim. Thanks Pure Instinto and thanks to my anonymous friend!

Welcome back! Been wondering why all my photoperiods have been growing so bushy and squat... beginners mistake I've had the light intensity up too high. Finally corrected that and they have shot upwards!

Welcome back to another week of the melon gum. Last week before she goes into flower. I promise.... Anyway she nearly succumbed to a ph issue from me not letting enough run-off but I solved that before it became an issue for this plant. Come back next week for the start of flower!

Welcome back to the melon gum! We avoided a nute lockout! Check my wedding cake diary for that info! She grows beautifully and stretched nicely this week. Fingers crossed she keeps climbing! 2 mars hydro tsw2000 set at 70% approx 40cm from canopy. In the mars 4x4 tent with the auto temp and humidity controller really helps keep that environment in check! Spotted some spider mites and will be using "purecrop1" organic pest control to spray the plants down before they go to bed. Come back next week y'all!

Welcome back to the melon gum from pure instinto! Growing beautifully with some defoliation. 2x mars hydro tsw2000 set at 75% approx 40cm from canopy. Nights have been getting very cold, and day temps are about 23° max. I could probably do some gnarly lollipop work on this girl but I might just keep it the way she is atm. Come back next week and find out if I give in to temptation and cut a bunch of small arms off!

Lazy update lazy photos! Welcome back to the melon gum, she is super healthy, leaves are praying so I've turned the lights down a touch and also raised them a touch. Root roids and greenthumbs flowering mix fed today.

Welcome back to the melon gum grow from pure instinto. She is starting to form her frosty trichomes and I can smell a hint of fruity lollies goodness! She has been receiving weekly feeds of root roids for about a month now and she looks so much healthier all round. I use the root roids @ the lower strength of half a scoop per 1L as I'm known to over do it sometimes :P This week I added a small amount of my seaweed tea to the root roid mix. Being careful this time to hold back on my urges to go full ham and over feed them, I used about 200ml in a 10L bucket of dechlorinated water that I let sit in the sun for around 48hours or more. If I ever need dechlorinated and filtered water I have a dr.greenthumbs inline filter to fill a bucket. The 2x mars hydro tsw2000 have been turned all the way to 100% my dudes! And the girls are praying a good amount to there sun gods! Really need to upgrade my oscillating fan to a mars branded one as this ebay model is nearly had it after 2 cycles. Holy moly lollies!!! This is a fruity lollies smelling plant and tastes amazing! I'm am super impressed with my first grow from pure instinto! I will be growing this again and I currently have 2 clones flowering :)
