I mean a bit, yeah. Some phenos run small but both of them growing at the same rate... chances are something is off.
I noticed your light is 9 inches from your canopy. That's pretty dang close for even bloom bro. I would back that up to 18 inches. Also I'm curious as to what your ph is because that could be an issue. It should be between 5.5-6.5 and one more thing the soil you're using could be the problem. It might be too dense for the roots for auto flowers. It also seems pretty wet (.5 gallons of water every day seems like a lot for those little ladies.)
Unfortunately the soil it's in is what's in. Nothing you can do about it now but learn from it I guess.

guardando la foto ti direi si sono un pochino piu piccole ma dagli tempo
aggiungo i semi sono di 3 anni fa' quindi la pianta non sara' vigoroso come con un seme piu fresco
ultima cosa ..visto che non mi sono fermato alla foto ho visto un fungo...quando crescono i funghi è perche si irriga troppo spesso
bagna bene una volta e poi lascia asciugare per bene il terriccio fino a quando il vaso è leggero questo potrebbe aver portato a quel piccolo ritardo..
