Hi @Jerryhype! Your must decrease your plant<--->light distance, to get bushy plants and avoid vertical stretch. Your light is probably not powerful enough, what kind of lamp are you using? Also, aluminium foil is known to burn leaves with powerful lights, be careful about this. Finally, having 2 plants in a single container always lead to issues, you may consider splitting in 2 containers, or at least divide the medium in 2 parts with a physical barrier. You don't need to do 12/12 light with autoflowers (as somebody already stated above). You're okay with 18/6 or 20/4 (some people even do 24/0). If you are transplanting, maybe also consider adding perlite to the soil so the roots can get some oxygen.
