Have some yellow leaves, but started using weight to judge amount of water required and fed the Kush a little more and it seems to have helped. Running out of upward grow room so flipping to flowering this week.
Had a really big growth spurt this week. Glad I flipped it when I did….no more room to raise the light. Hopefully it doesn’t get more than 3 inches taller.
Well this plant has officially grown out of this 3’ enclosure. I am waiting for a 5’ one that should arrive on Tuesday. I hope the light is strong enough to work in the 2x2x5 tent. The light specs say it should be okay. I guess worse case scenario I get small buds.
Switched to a taller 2x2 tent this week. If I grow this again will make a note to put it in a 3x3 tent. Starting to see a little frosting on some of the leaves. Pretty excited as some of my previous plants have been light on the frosted look. Powerful, but not super frosty.
She smells almost fruity. She is growing well although the pistols look a little messy. I had another like that once and it was so sticky it wasn’t funny. Hopefully this one turns out the same way.
This one smells amazing, but has developed bananas. I am going to go the distance with it and am planning on removing the bananas. I will harvest and see what I get. I mostly make edibles anyway so if seeds develop it shouldn’t be too much of an inconvenience. It is also in its own tent so I am not concerned with the others being affected.
Love the smell of this plant, but very disappointed in the bananas. Not sure if the bananas resulted in small buds or the light. I got a new 200W spider light and will see if that does anything…not too hopeful as the prime bud building phase has passed. Hopefully the next plant does better.
Picked off a lot of bananas. Who knows how this will turn out, but it smells amazing and is starting to turn colour. Getting more excited about the finish.
Loved the smell and look of the plant while growing, but the bananas threw my love of it off. I changed the tent and lights during flowering which may have produced the bananas, however if that is the case then I need a less fragile strain to fall in love with. I tried a smoke before curing was complete and the feeling of the strain is pretty good. The purple dream I grew was still better.
