this week i did some butchery. I cut all my plants differently hoping not to have done too much shit I left one intact just in case. Can't wait for me to receive my extractor, I hope it will help me to regulate the humidity and the heat of the room which is currently unstable Discovery of the week: It is essential to have an extractor so that the hot air escapes. At this stage I would have needed to fix a structure at the level of the pot to be able to tier the branches down -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Grow Room: trafika urban hydroponics 100x100x200 cm Lamp: kit trafika urban hydroponics ballast & lampe HPS : 250-600w Soil : 20% perlite, 20% vermiculite, 60% universal soil Flower pot : 35L fill to 25L Average daily temperature & humidity : 27° & 45% Average nigth temperature & humidity : 16° & 50%

Beginning of week 4. I'm trying to improve my scrof but it's not easy to do, I'm afraid of tearing them apart. End of the weef : I finally install my extractor (Mars hydro 6 inches 350CFM) I let it run with the power level at 3/10 and I can now switch my lamp to 400w. I install my scrog net. The humidity in the air is on average 40% in the room where the tent is located. in the tent the humidity can drop to 30% because of the lamp and the ventilation. I add 2 soaked wipes which bring me to 50% humidity. The towels must be soaked twice a day -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ Grow Room: trafika urban hydroponics 100x100x200 cm Lamp: kit trafika urban hydroponics ballast & lampe HPS : 250-600w Extractor & carbon filter : Mars hydro 6 inch 402 CFM ( power 4/10 ) Soil : 20% perlite, 20% vermiculite, 60% universal soil Flower pot : 35L fill to 25L Average daily temperature & humidity : 27° & 45% Average nigth temperature & humidity : 18° & 60%

un bel umidificatore farebbe al caso tuo puoi anche ridurre la circolazione dell'aria facendola girare 15 minuti ogni ora ma un umidificatore piccolino risolvi il problema x sempre

It's growing well, the plants starting to recover well. Having switched my lamp to 400w helps a lot. But there are areas where it is 30° when it is only 20° outside the tent. I really need a LED lamp Discovery of the week: I have to let the air inlet opposite the extractor and reduce the use of other fans so that the hot air escapes well. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Grow Room: trafika urban hydroponics 100x100x200 cm Lamp: kit trafika urban hydroponics ballast & lampe HPS : 250-600w Extractor & carbon filter : Mars hydro 6 inch 402 CFM ( power 4/10 ) Soil : 20% perlite, 20% vermiculite, 60% universal soil Flower pot : 35L fill to 25L Average daily temperature & humidity : 27° & 45% Average nigth temperature & humidity : 18° & 60%

I had not filled my pots enough, the heat accumulates inside it can go up to 32° without a fan. Currently I have added fans but I'm afraid it will dry out my plants. A solution ? (HPS 400w. I have 2 inlets that bring air at 20° to the bottom of the tent and an extractor at top)

Actuellement j'utilise 400w dans mon 1m². Vous pensez que c'est intéressant de passer mon ampoule en 600w ? Ou c'est trop pour 1m²? Je vais passer en floraison la semaine prochaine.

I used to grow with a 600W HPS in a 1m² tent and the results were fantastic. The only thing you will have to think about is whether your environment can take the additional heat it will kick out, but if you have adequate ventilation and enough headspace to allow for a few more inches between the lamp and the plant then you'll be fine.

i wouldn't do that to a plant - what was done to the king's juice. are leaves overlapping and touching each other? this creates standing water / excess moisture and good to avoid that. LEaves are important piecces of anatomy and you should try to keep every single one you can. only remove leaves for a good reason. light hitting buds doesn't do shit. how well the buds develop and ripen is primarly about apical dominance and that has to do with height. leaves are responsibly for vast majority of photosynthesis, not stems and flower. creating a bunch of holes in your canopy will only reduce potential yield.

my 2 Allienz seem to be hermaphrodites :/ I had to stress them in different ways. The first weeks I sprayed the leaves leaving drops under a 400w light maybe this caused the hermaphroditism? so apparently on my 4 plants I have 2 hermaphrodites... I tried to remove bags of pollen but there are still some. I'm on the 25th day of flowering. do you think the females are already polenized? What can I do ? it is my only space of culture I would like not to lose everything.

Unless you’re planning on selling this - it’s not the end of the world. You’ll likely have some seeds in the bud. Oh well. You gotta make the choice to kill off the intersex plants, or go on with them and pick pollen sacs pretty much daily. Worse case is you have some seeded bud, it does take some resources from the plant, mainly phosphorus to create seeds.. but it’s not the end of the world.

79F with 55% humidity is actually perfect for mid- to late flowering.... I wouldn't worry at all about it. But you can certainly run your fans 24/7 - it won't hurt anything and will be good to keep the air flowing through everything nicely. You're doing great! No worries! Good luck the rest of the way....

Looking nice. So, I've read your diary, it's really good. For a 1st grow. I wish I'd of much knowhow. There is 1 thing I would change. I'd ditch the net. The whole purpose of a scrog is to have the nodes tied to or underneath the net & in the flip. The shoots are the only thing that is meant to grow above the net, "the buds/colas" and for colas to grow, sativas are much more desirable, it's not to say you can't. But, a proper scrog is an even canopy of shoots/colas/buds to be above the net, and stems/nodes And main foliage to support goes. With Indicas that will be very hard to achieve been, there buds like to stay close to the stem, and won't make an even canopy. They're more hybrids so they might work. But a strong sativa is the way to go, with a good stretch of 30-40cm of the shoots from the main stems/nodes is needed. . You'd be surprised at how many ppl do it this way. And it kinda defeats the process. As it's near impossible to do it when you've growth below the net. I know your net is below your growth, but, your plants have made their structure, and its supposed to be an even canopy with all nodes on the same level. So, you have to kinda split your plant, or lollipoppoing and clear the nodes up below the net. Your plants are grown really nice. They look really nice and healthy and will grow a lot in the next 15-21 days of pre flower, "the stretch" and will easily 2-3rds r double in size. Very nice. I'm on my way with Ztrawberry, done 2 Alienz and was lovely weed.

@gottagrowsometime, I'm glad to hear it! thank you 😊 I don't have an LED but I need one because summer is coming and i think my hps are creating too much heat for the summer. I would like to take something like the mars hydro FC-4800 but unfortunately it is not in my budget at the moment. Probably in a few months

@Hou_Stone, sounds like a plan mate. You have a couple of beauties there. You think next you'll get a led? Your inside temp would be perfect for additional co2. As with bump in co2 you need 29-31c for it to do anything. So, id think of upping it a few cheap co2 bags will bring the ppm in your tent/room by a good bit.

@GoliathJesus, Thank you GoliathJesus. Yes GreenHouseSeed is recommendable. I think there is a lot of work behind the varieties that are offered to us. I started growing recently and I turned to them because they are surely among the best breeders. it's a recent buisness and yet they have been there for a long time
