A fem takes a min of 3 wks before any flip will or signs of flowering will appear. Some might even go as long as 25+ days. Depending on environmental conditions and other factors, as C90 says. Pot size will play a major factor.
I ask you why though. You'll get a much quicker, better grow by just vegging her for as long as needed. Otherwise, just go with autos.
