Last week went by agai, without much needing to be done. Just a proper watering and refilling the humidifier. Today i tried LST for the first time. Not sure how i did yet but hopefully i didn't fuck up to bad haha... No leafs are touching the soil. Hopefully they will respond well to the lst πŸ€ Happy growing everyone πŸ™Œ

Hi everyone! Im a first time grower and have some questions about watering and feeding. Im growing in a 2x2, mars hydro ts600 and biobizz all-mix, 5 gallon fabric pots. Should i water until i see water coming out the bottom of the pots? Also when should i start feeding?πŸ™Œ

Just as important is how fast you water. The soil can only absorb water so fast. If you add water too fast it will just run through and out the bottom and without wetting all the soil in between. If water is erupting from the side of your fabric pot and running down the outside... you are watering too fast. I like to give the entire top surface of soil a light watering to start. This may take a bit to soak in (should be a clue to how the rest of the soil absorbs water). Then a few minutes later dispense more water. I do 5 or 6 small water applications each time I water. Then a half hour after watering come back and feel the bottom and sides of your pot. If everything is damp and cool you have done a good job. If you find that the bottom is still dry you need to use more water. Remember that the fabric pot allows evaporation everywhere. Your pot will dry quickly. You may need to water every day or maybe every other day. Don't be surprised if your 5 gallon pot can take 1/2 gallon or more water every day when your plant is full grown. Now, while your plant is just a wee sprout your main focus should be DO NOT OVER WATER !!!! The plant is not using much water and evaporation is only happening from the surface. Water infrequently but deeply. The roots are deeper than you think. You want to get moisture down deep as the roots will seek out water.

Hey everyone! Just a quick question, when do i start feeding my girls cal/mag? Plants are about 11 days old, planted in biobizz all-mix, showing no signs of deficiencies. Haven't started feeding them nutrients yet. Just pH balanced water. Thank you and happy growing everyone πŸ€

il cal mag serve se hai carenze meglio usarne poco... comunque hai gia una fertilizzazione alta con il terriccio all mix che ti dovrebbe bastare ancora una o 2 settimane poi dovrai iniziare con biogrow e bloom

in opposite direction, anchor the base to the other side of pot. also, try to bend/shape the plant before you secure it.. form a good 90-degree bend or near 90... gently bend it in a few places close together then tie her down. if anything is hitting the substrate, remove it. -- if you bend in direction between the axillary gowth, you can have both gowing out without hitting the dirt or having to circle around... usually the downward facing growth isnt so good bc it has to circle around. either way... you'll probably have more axillary growth than you need.
