Really kind of like week 3 (or 4) I popped the seed on about March 1st. It's a Tangie by Nirvana seeds. Stoked to try it.
Last grow was a failure due to powdery mildew :/ Cleaned my equipment as well as I could.
Current problem is low humidity, which will turn to too high of humidity on flower with this round because it'll finish at the most humid time of the year here. I have a fancy new humidifier from AC Infinity that I'll setup this week.
Might be ready to top soon-ish.
I topped 'er and started LST. I think I'm going to flip pretty early this round. Maybe even next week. Going to do a little LST before I put a scrog on.
It's week 3, but it's really like week 5 because there was a seedling phase I didn't really document.
So far, so good. Aside from one dirty pump that I didn't clean this round :/ That's annoying. I hope it doesn't have long term impact but the res looks fine, and it's clean now.
I flipped to 12/12 and tossed a scrog on.
Everything going to plan. I think I'm on the early side (for me) for flipping, which is good, I usually overfill the tent, and after the last round, I'm kind of OK with having a smaller plant and hopefully a little more airflow.
No signs of PM which was my problem in the last grow.
Also just added back a carbon filter (I trashed the old one). It's starting to smell GOOD. Best smelling plant this early in the grow so far for me, real citrusy
So, I missed a week! Ooops. I think just one res change since then, I'm on the "transition" phase of GH trio @ 850ppm.
While I'm not seeing any ill effects otherwise -- I think my hydroguard is getting weak (the bacteria is dying) and I'm not getting the white "slicks" of bacteria as strongly, and also I had that contaminated pump so I'm sort of worried about contamination. But, the plant is 100% healthy. So I ordered new hydroguard, I'll use it next res change (I mean I guess I could add it anytime, but, it's not that serious yet)
But moreover, I'm stoked that there isn't the slightest ever hint of PM, which busted my last crop. I'm still blaming that clone because I haven't had problems with it in this grow space before.
I think I'm happy that I flipped a little early. It's slow really flower, but here at ~14 days of 12/12, it's clearly flowering. So I'll call this week 1 of flower.
Flower is in full swing! Res change this week, at 850ppm, first week where I cut grow from general hydroponics trio.
I'm fairly happy with the size of the plant. I intentionally flipped it a little early by my own metric, and... It's still good size, but not out of control (which has happened to me before!). Psyched to see the flowers bulk up.
Got new hydroguard too, so hopefully the film color in the tank will improve. Still not grody or bad yet, just aware of it.
I'm a week behind and I think I'm missing weeks here and there, I gotta figure out which week of flower I'm on.
