totemas69 Ladies have started to expand exponentially so decided to go for a Scrog as i dont have much space and went off with 5 plants in case something happens and one or two dies of.
Just to let everyone know this is my first grow and im in experimenting in every single step of this grow :)
im watering them every 2 days or when the soils gets dry 5cm from the top using biobizz starter pack and following feeding instructions
But as less is more every third watering i skip nutrients

Understood the importance of correct ph, looks like every day learning something new 👍
flushing with 6.2/6.4 ph and additional nutes saved the situation and ladies are now back to life tanning under the sun 🌞

Did a bit of defoliation as there's just a a jungle of leaves and they're covering a lot of big bud formations, nothing crazy i only remove sick and few regular leaves at a time.

Wondering what to do with all the foliage i have

B remove quite a bunch of leaves every other day
C only remove leaves 1-2 weeks before harvest

I would always defoliate if the leaf costs the plant more energy than it brings in. This is always the case when the leaf hardly gets any light. LEDs don't penetrate the leaf canopy like the sun does. Outside, it may be right that the plant doesn't shed its leaves because they all bring it energy. But the sun also penetrates the plant. LEDs don't do that. So indoors, it's a whole different story. Make your own experiences. I definitely defoliate leaves that I can't tuck away and leaves that hardly get any light. Even with autos. The plant will thank you for it. Every photon that your buds get from defoliation will ultimately bring you more yield.

why do you need to defo so much?
if there is clutter causing standing water on leaves from overlap, that's a good reason. stick toa good reason to do it, and you won't remove too much. don't just do it because it's what the herd does or seemingly does.
