The leaves are still curling downwards and inwards. This usually happens once the leaves become older. Although I've searched for the cause of the problem, I still don't understand what's wrong.
Hello ! What is going wrong is that your soap solution may have been in the soil an change the PH as soap is used to be neural PH. Water with plain water , use a bigger pot (1L is not good after 2 or 3 weeks old) then start feeding again (or for the 1st time). Hope it will help you 😁👍
Moved indoors with just a bit of heat distress from the long hour trip. Using enriched soil with coco mix. Next update will be after a month or so.
Lights used:
• 3× 12.5W → 100W Philips LED light bulbs at 6500K and with 1521 Lumens.
• 3× 12.5W → 100W Philips LED light bulbs at 4000K and with 1521 Lumens.
The growth is slow, but steady. It gets bushier as wanted instead of getting taller and taller. New and more branches grow from the existing branches. Next update will be in a month or so.
LST worked at its finest. Also, tiny flowers appeared, so it will be watered slightly more often. The leaves were facing down but after trimming they were looking good again.
It turned all Brown in just a night and wasn't there to look at it. It had fungus that got it from the ill Blue Gelato 41. In the end I'm disappointed.
Hi @Dr_WeedsMan! Well, it looks like something is wrong with your soil, but we're missing some crucial informations here. What medium/substrate are you using (from which manufacturer)? Have you been giving nutrients to your baby, if so what kind of nutrients, at what frequency, and have you been measuring the pH and EC levels? How big is your container? If 1L as mentioned on your last week, your issue is probably roots-related (root-bound). Also, she is under many stress sources: thrips / soap-insecticide / topping surgery / very hot days / very cold nights. Give her a few days to recover, maybe keep her inside at night, watch your pH and EC, give her the right nutrients for the veg stage and she should be fine. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊
@Dr_WeedsMan,Without PH and EC it will be tricky to control the soil and even if your soil is enrich you will need additional nutrients generally just after the stretch. And really 1L is too small as your plant will double up (even triple up) during the stretch stage 👍
@Stick, I used a new fresh pack of already - nutritional soil. No extra nutrients were used. It's not root bound, I had checked it. And I don't have the tools to check the pH and EC. I've noticed that the midribs at the point which the curling starts are brown. I've also noticed some very small bugs (one brown and one smaller white) from under the leaves that looks slightly like lice under microscope.
