My third set grew three points, I expected 5. I’m sure the next rung will have 5. Anyone know if this is an indicator of sex? I’ve heard of people getting less than 5 and plant was male.
Growth seems to be picking up. Nutes have been upped to a normal strength now. Less grow to avoid burn especially with the licious. I’ve been adding a small amount of molasses as well in hopes that it will feed the orca and do something for me. Not sure what to expect. Still avoiding any kinda training until sex is determined
Last week I forgot to ph my water. I did a light flush of 5.9 to drop the 7 that was put in on accident. Runoff tested 6.6. I’m still waiting for the pot to dry back after full saturation. I’ve been watching my nodes take off and decided if I’m going to start lst, it’s now or never. I added some extra perlite on top after bending over. Still can’t confirm sex, but they incoming organs aren’t too spherical so I’m starting to assume she’s a she. No pistols yet tho.
Plant has recovered from lst and branches are developing. Cola is at 16in from light, lower branches are at 22in. Still trying to confirm sex, I’m thinking female but no definitive pistols yet. When I can get my vent set up, I will flower regardless.
She’s looking nice. I’ve been having problems with forgetting to ph at feeding, I know... I’ve been flushing immediately with balanced nutes when this happens. So my watering has been higher than normal.

From the lst, the next dominant branches are catching up to the kola. (She)’s starting to smell more. My substrate is stinking. A little though, I’m sssuming because of the increase of nutes. Maybe even the addition of molasses. I added molasses to feed the orca. I’m using it with hydro nutes but maybe they can still provide a helping hand. Hoping flowering doesn’t take too long.

I’m considering purchasing something to boost my blooms. I’ve looked at koolbloom and big bud. I’ve used big bud in a commercial setting and got buds the size of my head, but can’t verify big bud did that. I’ve seen good results with just the GH trio too. Any input is appreciated
there's no unique product out there. big bud definitely didn't do it. you don't just add "something" and magic happens. This stuff is made of the same old shit over and over again. i bet one of those below is simply monopotassium phosphate. you can buy a generic of it and it will perform just as well as the marijuana product with the sugary cereal-esque label and marketing BWAHAHA. If it has a fuckin cartoon on it, how can you respect it? it's like little kids in the cereal aisle wanting the prettiest box.
This stuff is made of a few different options of ubiquitous commodities. Read the ingredients. don't overpay for something that is molecularly the same as a cheaper product. There are no tiers of ammonium nitrate or monopotassium phosphate, et al. Magnesium sulfate is always magnesium sulfate no matter what the label and price says.
fertilizer should not be a major cost. if it is you are being duped.
track what oyu feed. push boundariees of each... you also have to worry about stimulative and antagonistic relationships between these nutrients. These companies rarely produce ph-balanced products and i doubt many of them hire a chemist at this point. BWAHAHA.

Had a mishap during lst and broke one of my better branches. I bandaged her with frog tape without wrapping it. She responded well and is back at it. Think I’ll leave the tape and let her break through it.
I’m going to start eyeing changes with my nutes now that I expect her to drink more under this light. I will likely start watering more than twice a week. Right now she gets 1L every 3-4 days.

She got a heavy defol almost a week ago. I’ve been working my nutes and afraid she might not be getting enough N. She’s been under the new light for a week too. Is it just stress or is she missing something? I’m thinking about balancing my nutes back out and upping some calmag.
Last night I moved the light up an inch. I watered today with a more balanced mix. I let things settle better while Ph-ing. Gave her a little less floralicious. Last feeding had more licious than I’d used with her before. I put a dish of water to maybe up the humidity or lower the temp (both) just to see. I’ve been watering as normal, twice a week
I backed my light up a little and let my nutes sit for longer this time. She’s improving. Think I’ll up my ph on the next watering.

I’m getting really fed up with the bugs on this site. Uploading hasn’t been going smoothly. Don’t be surprised if I drop off an just post a harvest photo. Shits annoying
She started fading but now I’m getting spots. Having seen no gnats, I upped my calmag. Upon watering, a single gnat flew at me from the pot.
This might be her last full strength watering. If not next weeks will be.
Some pistils haves changed colors. Buds keep fattening.
I skipped a watering recently to let her dry out some since I noticed the room smelling a little funky. Once she got water, she downed it quickly and was almost dry 2 days later. Substantial growth during those 2 days. I’m expecting more visible growth in the next couple days as the buds get fatter.
A few more weeks to go. I plan to start flushing aug 1st

She’s been drinking a lot, I’m going to start dialing back soon and flushing. Looking to harvest the first week of august and wash some hash from the trim.
I made the switch to plain water with a little molasses. I plan to harvest in a week and will give her the last of her water near the first.
I cut a small bud off earlier in the week to try out tomorrow.
Gave her the chop. Washed the trim for some hash. Buds are hanging and drying. I’ll post a harvest update when they are done. They’ve been up for 4 days now.
This grow was a little stressful but paid off.
The first attempt was male, this one turned out well.
I got a new light as I switched to flower.
I’m torn on the hempy idea. I like how clean it was.
I was watering 1L twice a week with food every time for most of her lifespan.
Temps seemed to sit on the high end in the tent with the light at max. I’m considering turning the light down and keeping it closer on the next grow.
