Hello Diary,
It's time for another round. I am continuing with F1 strains since I am delighted with Medusa F1.
This time I will have three different strains on the "Farm" Apollo, Milky Way and Titan.
I will keep separate diaries for each strain, and this one is dedicated to Apollo F1.
First, here is some information about the strain itself.
APOLLO F1
Apollo F1 is a vigorous autoflowering hybrid that boasts a strong structure and delicious aromas.
Created from inbred lines descending from Lemon, Black Domina, and Sugar Magnolia, Apollo F1 inherited premium genetics from all of its predecessors.
Apollo F1 produces balanced, creative effects that might inspire your perception of music, dance, poetry, and more!
Mature and well-dried Apollo F1 flowers boast an upfront fresh aroma that combines crisp pine and herbal notes with the invigorating kick of ripe citrus peels.
Accentuating these notes is a rich backdrop of dark vanilla and hints of lavender, reminiscent of modern cannabis varieties descending from Cookies and other US lineages.
Flowering time - 45-50 days

20/04/2023
Planting plants. As usual, I prepare everything I need for planting in advance.
I still use Air-pots because they are really great.
For the soil, I used BioBizz - Light Mix, which I filled 2/3 of the container and then added the Organic booster in pellets, Mycorrhiza and Rhizobacter.
I mixed everything together well with the soil and filled the container to the top.
I soaked the earth well with 2 liters of water, made a small hole, put the seed and lightly covered it with earth.
The conditions on the Farm are good, the temperature is around 25 degrees while the humidity is around 50%.
I think that after sprouting I will put a humidifier to increase the humidity.
23/04/2023
I sprinkled some water on the surface of the earth to let them know where they should go.
24/04/2023
Apollo F1 sprouted like its other two roommates.
26/04/2023
First watering. I regulated the p.H. of water at 6.0 and watered the plant with maybe 0.5 liters of water.
That's all for this week, see you soon.
Hello Diary.
The first week of vegetation is over and for now everything is going well.
In order to recognize the plants, they are arranged alphabetically from left to right.
On the left is Apollo, in the middle is the Milky Way and on the right is Titan.
As for Apollo F1, so far so good.
The plant is developing nicely, getting new leaves and has reached almost 10 cm in the first week of vegetation.
Watering was not frequent, considering the size of the pot, there is a lot of moisture in the ground, so I watered it every 5 days with a liter and a half of water.
In the first week, I didn't add any supplements, considering that I mixed a lot of supplements into the soil.
Conditions on the farm are satisfactory.
The humidity is slightly higher than 50% and the temperature is around 25 degrees.
The light is set to 18/6 from the first day of vegetation.
I took pictures on the first and last day of the first week, just to see the difference in a week.
Here's a quick recap of the week.
30/04/2023 - Day 1.
Watering and photography. Officially, the first day of the vegetation.
Prepared 5 liters of water, lowered the pH. at 6.0 and with that amount watered Apollo and his two roommates with about the same amount of water.
Apollo F1 - 6 cm
05/05/2023 - Day 6.
Watering. The procedure is the same as 5 days earlier.
06/05/2023 - Day 7.
Photography. End of the first week of vegetation.
Apollo F1 - 8.5 cm
That's all for this week, see you soon and thank you all for your support.
Hello Diary,
Apollo F1 has completed its second week of vegetation and so far it is developing nice and fast without any problems.
I only water them every 4-5 days and watch them develop beautifully.
Apollo F1 grew a little less than 10 cm in a week, which is great, and they started showing the first signs of flower formation.
It will be much more visible next week.
As I mentioned, watering is not that frequent, every 4 days she gets about 2 liters of water, like her two roommates.
This time I added Bigger Flowers from the Bio Flowering Booster palette.
In my opinion, the conditions on the Farm are good, the humidity is still around 50% and the temperature is around 25 degrees.
A brief overview of the week.
08/05/2023 - Day 9.
Watering. I prepared about 6 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and added Bigger Flowers. I watered all three plants evenly with that amount.
12/05/2023 - Day 13.
Watering. This time I didn't add Bigger Flowers, I just regulated the p.H. value.
13/05/2023 - Day 14.
Photographing and height measurement. Officially the end of the second week of vegetation.
Apollo F1 - 17 cm
That's all for this week, thank you all for your support and see you soon.
Hello Diary,
We have reached the end of the third week of vegetation, which is also the beginning of flowering.
As you can see in the photos, the flowers started to form, which is usual for automatics after 3 weeks of vegetation.
For now, everything is fine, the plant is developing nicely, getting a lot of new leaves.
In terms of height, she did not grow much, only 22.5 cm in three weeks, I doubt that she will grow much now.
I started to feel a slight smell, which also makes me happy :).
At "Farm" she is the shortest, her roommates are much taller than her.
This week I also did minimal defoliation, I removed only the lowest leaves to make watering easier.
When it comes to watering, it is not frequent, about every 4 days. This week I added one tablet of Easy grow booster.
The conditions on the Farm are excellent I would say, the temperature is around 26 degrees while the humidity is around 50%.
Here's how it looked this week.
16/05/2023 - Day 17.
Watering. I prepared 7 liters of water, lowered the pH. to 6.0 and added one Easy Grow tablet and with that amount of water I watered all three plants equally.
19/05/2023 - Day 20.
First, I did a minimal defoliation, removing only the bottom leaves to make watering easier and improve air flow through the plant a bit.
After that I watered all three plants.
20/05/2023 - Day 21.
Measuring the height of the plants and taking photos at the end of the third week.
Apollo F1 - 22.5 cm.
That's all for this week, see you soon.
Hello Diary,
He finished the first week of flowering.
Apollo F1 is the smallest on "my little farm", but that's why it's also my favorite.
The shape of the plant is round without pronounced main cola.
The leaves grow thickly, so from time to time I remove a leaf so that the plant can breathe better.
The flowers have started to form little by little, now we will see at what speed.
Watering is a little more frequent, this week I added bio flowering booster with one watering.
I don't always add supplements when watering, about once a week.
The temperature at the Farm has risen slightly, around 28 degrees, while the humidity is around 50%.
Here's what it looked like last week.
23/05/2023 - Day 24.
Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, lowered the pH. to 6.0 and added the first two components of the bio flowering booster. I watered all three plants on the farm with that amount.
27/05/2023 - Day 28.
Watering and photography. This time I watered with clean water, I just lowered the pH. on 6.0.
Apollo F1 - 31 cm
That's all for now, see you soon.
Hello Diary,
It finished the second week of flowering, a total of five weeks from the beginning of the vegetation.
Apollo F1, although at the beginning of flowering, the tips of the branches are beautifully shaped into flowers, it develops really quickly.
The leaves are really very thick, I hesitate to thin them out a bit, but I'm afraid of causing too much stress.
Of all the three plants on the Farm, Apollo is the smallest. He is only 40 cm tall, but that's why he looks the most muscular.
Here and there a yellowish leaf appears, which I immediately remove.
This week I added supplements to both waterings.
The first time I put the Easy Bloom Booster tablet in 7 liters of water and the second time I added Bio Flowering Booster.
The conditions on the Farm are good, the humidity is lower than 50% while the temperature is around 27, 28 degrees.
Here is a quick overview of the week:
30/05/2023 - Day 31.
Watering. I added one Easy Bloom tablet to 7 liters of water and lowered the pH. on 6.0
I watered all three plants with that amount.
02/06/2023 - Day 34.
Watering. This time I added all three components from the Bio Flowering Booster kit.
I also watered all three plants in the Box with 7 liters of water.
03/06/2023 - Day 35.
Photo shoot for the end of the 5th week.
Apollo F1 - 39 cm
That's it for this week. See you soon.
Hello Diary,
Apollo F1 could best be described as "little fat".
The smallest on the Farm, only 40 cm, with a pile of leaves from which the formed flowers peek out.
The leaves are a beautiful dark green color, densely overgrown with the entire plant.
Since it did not grow too high, the plant took the shape of a ball.
As for the flowers, they are filling in nicely and the trichomes are starting to appear.
The scent has become more intense, just as befits this stage of flowering.
Watering has become more frequent, every three days each plant on the Farm receives about 2.5 liters of water.
I continue adding Bio Flowering Booster and Easy Bloom tablets.
Conditions on the farm are good.
The temperature is around 28 degrees, while the humidity is around 45%.
Here's what it looked like last week.
06/06/2023 - Day 38.
Watering.
I added all three components from the Bio Flowering Booster.
pH I lowered it to 6.0. Each plant received about 2.5 liters of water.
09/06/2023 - Day 41.
Watering.
This time I put one Easy Bloom tablet in 7 liters of water and watered all three plants on the Farm with that amount.
10/06/2023 - Day 42.
End of the sixth week. I photographed the plants and removed three or four yellow leaves.
Apollo F1 - 41 cm
That's all for this week, thank you all for your support and see you soon.
Hello Diary,
Apollo F1 is in full bloom, progressing nicely.
The flowers fill in nicely, they are hard and compact and take on an increasingly intense scent.
It progresses quite quickly considering the fourth week of flowering.
In this week he reached his maximum height, at the last measurement I found that he has not grown since last week.
Watering has become a little more frequent, I have to water every three days because they drink a lot of water.
I continued this week with the addition of nutrients, bio flowering booster and easy bloom tablets.
The conditions inside the grow box are good, the temperature is around 28 degrees and the humidity is around 45%.
Here's a quick recap of the week.
12/06/2023 - Day 44.
Watering.
I prepared 8 liters of water, added all three components from the bio flowering booster, lowered the pH. at 6.0 and with that amount I watered all three plants evenly.
15/06/2023 - Day 47.
Watering.
I prepared 8 liters of water again, inserted one easy bloom tablet, lowered the pH. and again with that amount I watered all three plants on the farm.
17/06/2023 - Day 49.
The end of the seventh week and it's time to take photos.
That's all from me for this week, see you soon.
Hello Diary,
We are approaching harvest time, and so is the Apollo F1, which is maturing quite quickly.
The flowers continue to fill in nicely, are very sticky to the touch and are now slowly showing signs that the peak of flowering is approaching.
The leaves are still a healthy green color, it's not like they're starting to change autumn colors, which is not so common for me, but I'm glad about it.
Still watering every three days. As of this week, I have stopped adding supplements, I only water with clean water that I lowered the pH value.
The conditions on the farm are still good (unchanged), the temperature is around 28 degrees while the humidity is around 45%.
Here's what it looked like last week.
18/06/2023 - Day 50.
Watering.
I prepared the usual 7 liters of water, lowered the p.H. at 6.0 I watered all three plants evenly with the hundredth amount.
21/06/2023 - Day 53.
Watering.
I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier.
24/06/2023 - Day 56.
Photography for the end of the 8th week and after that I watered the plants.
That's all for this week, see you soon.
Hello Diary,
The harvest is approaching on my small farm.
Actually, one plant is already ripe for harvest and that is Titan F1, So Apollo F1 and Milky Way F1 will be left alone for another week.
As seen in the photos, the Apollo F1 is truly a sight for the eyes.
The flowers are very densely packed, I have never seen anything like that before.
But the plant is low, the branches are strong and there is no bending under the weight of the flowers.
The flowers are full of trichomes that emit a strong fragrance. Here and there a yellowish leaf appears, which I immediately remove.
Watering is a little more frequent due to the high temperatures, but I stopped adding any nutrients.
Here's a quick recap of the week.
26/06/2023 - Day 58.
Watering. Only two days later, the plants drank all the water, so I watered them with two liters for each individual plant.
29/06/2023 - Day 61.
Watering. I repeated the procedure as I did three days earlier.
01/07/2023. - Day 63.
Photographing plants.
That's all for this week, see you soon.
Hello Diary,
After exactly 10 weeks, the Apollo F1 is ready for harvest.
79 days since I put the seed in the ground.
75 days since Apollo F1 rose from the ground.
Great strain, I had no problems during all 10 weeks of growth and development.
Finally, as seen in the photos, Apollo F1 is a feast for the eyes, the flowers are hard packed, full of trichomes.
Even on the lower branches the flowers are very hard.
For the last week, watering was usual, every three days.
After cutting off the stem at the bottom, I put the plant upside down in the grow box to dry.
Here's what the last week looked like.
02/07/2023 - Day 64.
Watering. I watered the plant with about 2 liters of water.
05/07/2023 - Day 67.
Watering. I repeated the procedure as I did three days earlier.
08/07/2023 - Day 70.
Photography and harvesting. I put it to dry upside down and will leave it to dry for at least 2 weeks.
That's it from me. I wrote everything I thought was important. If you have any questions related to this strain, feel free to write.
Hello Diary,
In the end I can only say well done Royal Queen Seeds.
I have grown a total of 4 out of 8 new hybrid F1 strains so far and all of them exceeded my expectations.
Apollo F1 is no exception, although it was the smallest on the Farm, the flowers are the hardest and incredibly fragrant.
During the entire cycle of growth and development, it proved to be very resistant, so that the plant looked impressive until the very end.
The effect of Apollo F1 is relaxing, so I can consume it during my free time as well as when I am engaged in some creative work. It certainly removes stress and bad mood.
At the end of drying, I got a little less than 50g, 49g to be exact, which is satisfactory especially because of the high quality flowers.
I think I have mostly written everything that I thought was important, if anyone reading this text has any questions about Apollo F1, feel free to ask, I will be happy to answer.
I would like to thank everyone for their support and comments, and especially Royal Queen Seeds for their many years of support.
