@@DoughHead, O yea, there is tons, GOTM is drama central and every month there is something, People go nuts for free shit when they can work a job for the time they invest into it and get the shit with out any of the bullshit. And from breeders they want, but that's not always an option for some.

@@DoughHead, It's my understanding that any diary can be used, and it can only be used once. so once it is locked into the contest you can't pull it out and you can't use it again on another month. There is a exploit to this though... just before the winners are officially declared on the DOTM page with 1-10th displayed on the diaries, the winning users are given their trophy on their profile page and a popup message saying claim your prize/confirm your information. and it still allows you to withdraw on the DOTM page for a few days, later it will be locked in and offical sate who won 1-10 gold banners exct. Some of these users monitor accounts that normally win or they are part of groups on here that convey this information and then they withdraw their loosing diary and add it to the new DOTM contest. rinse and repeat. sus ass bitches. I think making them current diaries only could be a good idea, but trolls and fake accounts would arize I feel. Allowing people to use older diaries also gives them the freedom to use ones they want on a month with a desired sponsor. However a good fix for this would be to prevent users from withdrawing at the end. and not telling users they won before the page locks them in. I would like to only enter my good ones on a month when their is someone else other then fastbuds. Not to shit on fastbuds but they host the majority of the contest and own GD so other breeders are nice and more exclusive. as for who they pick as winners, its a gong show. some are good, some suck, mostly a popularity contest, I never thought my diary would have won. and some of the other ones in the top spots have some shit looking buds, sure the yield is high but it looks like shit you see on the side of the street for collection in the fall when the leaves fall. lol Best of luck in future contests! keeping active in the community seems to help you odds I feel.
