I am only using ph'd water on my seedlings for the first 2 weeks.
Then, my general routine is as follows:
I use Jacks 15 5 20 at 75% strength. 19g Jacks, 3.75 Epsom salts per 5 gallons. Adjust ph as needed.
I water when plants get dry 2 or 3" down, or the pot gets light when lifted.
I give about 3 QuickTrip 52 oz cups every 5 days or so.
I water until I get run off every time.
I flush with ph'd water, to run off 1 time per month, let dry a few hours, then fertilize to run off.
