My first grow

Have learned a lot since I started this first grow, my next grow will be lots better, will add more updates till all harvested

After some investigating, the brown spot on the bud must have been a worm, I forgot what it's called but it eats up all the good stuff in the bud, it would have turned the whole crop brown if I wouldn't have pulled that bud, I didn't find the worm in the bud so I threw it in my trim bag and froze it for now, I'm planning to use it in my hash, I don't want to waste anything. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm going to do with the stocks, lol. I'm getting more used to this site tho, I'm learning how to use it, I'll keep you guys posted till the end. I kinda like this site, I'm glad I learned about it and I hope to learn more from everyone on here. I appreciate any and all comments or suggestions. I shouldn't have named this diary my first outdoor grow, I should have named it my first grow ever, but since I'm good at growing other plants and my buddy handed me these, I just put 2&2 together, lol. And now having like minded people to talk to and see what they have gone through I think will be a big help ( plus some people might read my stuff also and maybe I could help)

Hello everyone 🙋‍♀️, it's me again, with some more updates for the week. Now what I thought was a cutworm/ caterpillar/ bud worm, was actually NOT. I searched and searched for the little buggers and couldn't find anything. So I did more research, I added the pictures to my "Grass City.com" account and there someone kindly told me it was bud rot. It happens when you don't get enough circulation of air around your plants and humidity, since I'm growing outside I can't control any of that. Best thing to do is to REMOVE ALL TRACES of it, any brown piece you see, the rest of the plant will get infected by it. I've gone to far to loose my crop now. You can't tell from the picture but my plants are leaning hard now, the weight on them is getting to much for them. For my next grow ( witch is coming lol) I'm planning to use cages or something, they WILL NEED something. This grow has made me see how much I like growing these plants, not only because I will save a great amount of money ( I smoke about 2 1/2 ounces a week ) but because these plants are actually beautiful. I suggest you guys watch your plants, look at the colors that appear and disappear during there growth, it's a wonderful thing. So since the winter is coming, I've decided to make a grow room, you guys will be seeing a lot more of me. I've also been reading a lot of diaries and watching allot of videos, so I hope what I have learned from everyone shows in my next grow. Hello everyone 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️, guess who's back, lol. I know I'm back early but it wasn't a good start of the week for my girls, as you can see, I had more bud rot or maybe it was the worms like I said before, as you see there, I finally found one of those buggers, may it burn for it's sins, lol We also ended up having a bad rainstorm and my girls got hit hard, 3 especially, 2 of them where to mangled and twisted to keep so I decided to go ahead and harvest them early, there was no other choice, also a top from a third plant, it got twisted almost right off the plant. 4 of them had to come in because they where to weak to handle more of the beating, the other 4 survived the night outside but there banged up pretty bad. So my plants have had a really bad week so far, but I'm not going to lie, these 4 plants have my house literally stinking, LMAO, the whole house smells like stinky orages, lol As you guys can also see, I put a bunch of stuff I had available together and made myself a little dry area. There's about 860 grams in there (wet) from 2 plants and 1 top, I ended up using 4-49% Bovida packs in there to raise up the humidity and I'm using a plastic door so I can tap are in there every once in a while because I have no room for fan in there, lol I didn't do this week as a harvest week because I didn't really think it was time to harvest, I just had a bad couple days and I just wanted to let you guys know what was going on, I'm not going to lie, I ended up throwing a nice night in the microwave, I couldn't help myself, lol, ok, it didn't taste like anything but it got 4 of us high as heck, LMAO, ( my sister went to bed lol ) l can't wait till it's ready 👍👍, see you guys in a few days ✌️✌️✌️

Hello everyone 🤗 🤗, it's me again, the CityFarmeR I'm back to give you guys another update, I ended up loosing another girl in the storm and a couple branches from a couple other trees. I'm on my 5th day of drying that early stuff and have found at least 4 of them damn critters crawling around in there, ( they bleed green lmao ) But I'm not going to lie, I haven't been able to help myself, I've had to try it, and at first it wasn't tasting like anything, even the smell went away but it was getting us high, then it lost the skunky citrus smell it had and started to smell like lawn (grass) now it's loosing all the smell but it's starting to get a good flavors when you smoke it, it's not completely dry ( the branches don't snap yet) but it is smokeable right now and I must admit just getting better daily... The 3 plants outside have lost all the white hairs and the 4 inside only have a few white hairs left, I haven't feed them anything since the week of all water and we had those couple days of rain where they got soaked. I'm not planning to feed them anything anymore in fact, my plan is to harvest in the next couple of days, so my next update will be a harvest update, there all getting cut down, so I'll be back with a total amount harvest for you guys and I'll let you know how much that wet 1200 grams is dry (please remember I've been smoking out of this, about 1/4 once so far) later guys and HAPPY CROPTOBER EVERYONE!!! what

Hello everyone 🤗 🤗, it's me again, just here to give you a little update. Did the last trim on my buds after the dry period, cut all the stems off and saved nothing bud buds in the jars, I labeled them early harvest just in case so I can see the difference. I ended up removing some buds out of the mix because they had some white fuzzy stuff growing on it that looked like gotten, I really didn't like the look of them. The wet 1200 grams I got off the first 3 plants turned in to 145.13 grams, I don't like the smell of these, I think it smells like grass (lawn) but it's starting to get a good flavor I hope it gets better in the curling process and it's starts getting a better smell, ( my niece calls it comatose, lol ) she falls asleep when she smokes it, lol. I don't have pictures of the plants because to post yet because I'm actually harvesting right now but I wanted to update you guys on the early harvest plants. I have 4 plants left that need to be harvested ( the ones I have inside ) once I'm done with those I'll post my harvest week, should be a couple more days. Happy Croptober everyone!!! It's me again, the City FarmeR coming to with my harvest update. I haven't found out what that white fuzzy stuff is yet but I'm thinking maybe spiders, it looks like spider webs to me, I ended up loosing a good amount to that, bud mold and the caterpillars, at least about 100 grams, I should have separated it and weighed it to see the total. I'm taking it as a learning experience, since it's my first time it happens, lol. I ended up getting a total of 1,910.46 grams out of those 7 plants, filled up the whole cabinet except for 1 string ( hope I get to keep alot more this time, lol ) These weren't soaking wet like the first 3 plants so I hope it's a better end result. I must say, even though I lost a lot to reasons I couldn't explain, it didn't change my mind. This was a great experience and a great stress reliever. I will definitely be growing again outside but this time with more technics, I hope to impress people my next outdoor grow. The winter is also coming so I'm planning to start a indoor grow soon, I don't think I can wait till summer, lol I'm planning to keep everyone here posted on progress, I'm also going to to do a separate diary just for the progress on the grow rooms I'm planning ( one at a time,lol ) You guys will see me again, I got some blue cookie seeds and some other nameless ones ready to go, I wish I had got them from a good breeder but the smoke I got them from was awesome tho, lol they will be the first I grow while I wait for seeds from top breeders. Hello everyone, it's me again, CityFarmeR here with some new updates. I opened up the first stuff that I lost to the rainstorm for the first time in a week, I've been smoking out of the container with the least amount since it all dried, as you can see, one has less than the other, and the stuff I just burped, for the first time in a week has a way smother taste than the other jar and it has a better smell as well, I sealed it back up after a few minutes with a 62% bovida pack for another week. I'll give you guys another update on that next week. Everyone talks about hash and I haven't had any in a very long time, I think the first time I tried it I was 14, it was dark green and really didn't taste that good to me then, so I decided to make my own, so this was my first time making bubble as well, just so everyone knows, lol. I got a bubble hash kit from ipower on there eBay sight 😀 (paid $20 for a 5 bag kit 25-220) I got a cheap hand mixer, 6 bags of ice, and 2-5 gallon buckets and got to work. I mixed everything up 6 times, got 6 different batches. First bag is to strain everything pretty much, so I got rid of that and collected from the other 4 screens. It's not all dry yet so I can't give you a total on that yet but I made it into crumble because all the studying I did said this would be the fastest way to dry it. You guys know me, I couldn't wait to try it, lmao so i rolled some up.... I have to tell you guys, this was alot work but it was so worth it, what you see there was a blunt I rolled of the early stuff with some of the 220 hash ( the last bag ) and that hash is awesome!!!! Now my family knows why we could never find hash out here, lmao it made the blunt taste so good, mmm, it tastes like a rainbow, lol the blunt had 5 of us high as heck, omg!!! I suggest you all try, you will not regret it. Well, the 1900 grams is dry as you can see, but after trimming all the stems out there was only 362.51 grams left. So that's my total amount of bud only out of 7 plants. All I did was feed them, no plant training at all. Now guys, what kind of smoker would I be if I didn't try and let you guys know, lmao I have to let you guys know that these 5 taste nothing like the other 2, this stuff has a more citrusy taste, and you can taste the sweetness in it, this stuff already tastes yummy 😀, I can't wait till it's done curing, I think it will past the test, lol Ok, that's all for this week, see you all next week with another update 👍👍🤘🤘✌️✌️

Hello everyone 🤗 🤗, it's me again... First I want to start with the bubble hash, by the time it was all dry, there wasn't much left, lol 😂 we we're smoking it like chimneys, I only have enough for a blunt left right now that I'm about to smoke. I burped the early stuff for a second time, it still tastes flowery, not to strong tho and not a nasty taste but it does get you high, lol I wanted to use the whole plant and see what I could do with it, so I made some butter out of the stems, 😀 I have to say, I thought it had came out light and not strong at all, but I ate 1, smoked a blunt and ended up falling asleep, lol the batch of treats didn't make it through the night, everyone hit them up and have been asking for more, lmao I used some fruit flavored marshmallows that made these treats taste like fruty chocolate, lol I burped the other stuff for the first time, this stuff tastes and is starting to smell different from the early stuff, it's a lot stronger and it's starting to smell kinda hazeish, well see when it's done curing. I also added a closer look at the buds, so everyone could see them and a look at whole pound, it was so fluffy it wouldn't all fit in a huge mixing bowl, lol Well, hope you guys enjoy the pictures and the update, I'll be back next week with another update, it'll be week number 3 of cureing the early cut stuff and week number 2 with the other.
