3rd day of week 3 from sprout tallest plant is 7 inches smallest is 4

i do not know how to change the nutrient from tsp to tbs but i use 3 tablespoons of gaia green all purpose per gallon of media i used 1 tablespoon of bone meal per pot and .40 of a gram to a gallon of waterr of kelp extract
