RO water + epsom salt 120ppm + calcium sulfate 100ppm + silution (very acid) + rhizotonic to raise ph back to 6.3 (very alcaline) maybe 8-10ml per 40 liter tank. final ppm 240. Autopot started very early this time almost the first week..with timer 5min every 24h , now is set 5 min every 12h.
I will next time not add Rhizotonic in tank even if so little, Rhizo is fine for my set up, during first 2 weeks with small unfrequent top waterings. I promised myself never to add anything in the tank and I always fail :)) I love clean , nice smell pure water in there. I placed today, day 18, one LST clip each branch to try spread and even canopy. tucked 2 big fan leaves.
day 19 : I lowered lights 20cm from 110cm to almost 90cm from canopy , hoping in ??? . Full power. 300w I followed a feeling...I will regret soon :))
day 25 : Added LST clips to spread branches a little. 4 big lower fan leaves removed from main stem and some lower very small shots.
RO water 25ppm + epsom salt 175ppm + calcium solfate 140ppm
final 340ppm
Watering timer valve opens 5 min / 6 hours
(4 times per day)
day 42-45: top leaves start yellowing from my UV led light. removed it and never use it again. no benefits only stress for clhorophil .
lollipopped day 49
removed roots growing under the pot (they fullfilled all the space in the tray) ..maybe I should have left them. she looks little overwatered since then, so I changed timer setting to 5min / 6h.
@IbeBryBry, thank you for your nice comment. tropical wiz is great. it looks to me that buds are little less dense compared to the Banner family, but very flavoured.
Are u top feeding your nutrients? Or feeding threw the reservoir? I just got the spider farmer self watering system so I'm curious. The grow looks good. Beautiful looking girls.
That's a lot of growth for two-ish week. I'll have to try what you got done there with my next grow. Keep doing what you're doing, and I'm looking forward to future updates from this grow!
@Nameless, thank you for your nice comment. We will enjoy the stretch phase soon, I believe. I have two more finished diaries on this site if you wanna check more or less identical to this one. One plant ended very big and high the other small and bushy. Genetics are in charge here over any of my inputs, wich I try to be minus possible :) Same soil re-used :))
