Germination
Added all seeds in four waves because it was hard to predict out northern spring weather. Germination process was straightforward paper towel and after germination transplanted them on 1L to 2L plastic pots, depending on their initial planting order. There are no photos of this step, but nothing special happened just usual germination steps taken.

Because this is happened already this is just quick summary of what happened. After I transplanted all my seeds they surfaced within first two to three days, I kept them in room temp and covered them with half of litre bottle and made some ventilation flaps on top to regulate the humidity by eyeballing it. I gave them light with basic LED reading lamp, with good LED’s, but not too strong, but just enough for seedlings and small plants. They grew at steady pace till they got transferred from inside to the outside greenhouse to acclimatise them for later transplant to outside spot. So they were 1 week inside with small LED.

Second week I moved in plants outside to the greenhouse to acclimatise them for next week transplanting to outside. They started to grow faster on their second week at the greenhouse and they are getting ready for their transition to the outdoor spot. Auto Banana Blaze is starting reek for some reason at the end of the week two.

Third week was spent till the end of the week at greenhouse. They grew height and width this week and stronger stems too. They reacted well with sunlight and just few plants took damage from the sun, but nothing too serious. I have watered them now four times, they use more water because the greenhouse gets hotter by day. They also took well the change in the night temperature that has been around 15c or bit lower time to time. By end of the week they are starting to go outside in waves, so in reality these plants are in four groups and week apart so I can plant them outside week apart from each other to maximise survivability of the plants due to the wearher. So by the end of the week I brought first wave of plants that were 3 weeks old and no there is plants that are 1 week old and just brought to the greenhouse, two weeks old plants that spent their first week out in the greenhouse and these three week old plants that went outside. So now on every week I take planta that turn threw weeks old till I get all of them out. All though I did take few tw week plants to make the trip worth awhile. I did mix 1kg of Guanokalong pellets, 1kg Plagro Bat Guano and Aptus All-in one pellets with chicken manure to all 16 holes divided equally and those planting holes are approx 40L and there is Bio Bizz All-mix roughly 40-50%, Perlite 5-10% roughly and original soil from the spot. I might add more some slow release PK nutrients soon, at least for the bigger and slower strains like Amnesia XXL. These are very rough estimation because I did eyeball them after checking the calculations that I don’t go overboard

This week I brought another two waves of plants outside. No there is eight plants outside in two different areas. I still have another eight plants in my greenhouse acclimated for their next step that is transplanting them outdoors. Now all of the ones that are in the greenhouse are pretty much all same size except RQS Northern Light, Hulkberry and Sherbet Queen that are one week younger than those five others. These spots are receiving around 18h direct sunlight every day, from the early morning till late evening. It has rained only two times and I have watered them 1-2 times depending when they have been transferred outdoors with 1L/plant of regular river water. Spring has been very warm, around 18-23c every day and night temperatures are around 10c but getting warmer every week. All plants are growing nicely in this weather and they are not representing any symptoms from cold nights, just from too intense sunlight, but it is what it is when growing outdoors. Few of the first wave plants have some partially bleached leaves, but they are growing fast so no problem there. I might try out Bio Bizz Leaf Coat spray for my plants to protect them from that intense sunlight and upcoming pests that might be real issue at some point in time. This week I will bring all except RQS plants outdoors, those still need to grow another week or so in the greenhouse. Fun fact is that sun is 15 trillion centimetres from earth and gives bit over 2000 PAR at sunny days and over 1000 PAR in cloudy days!! This is the reason that some of my plants took damage from sun.
