The very first sign from flowering are the white fuzzy pistils/hairs at the joints where fan leaves meet the stem. They appear soon after more then 10 dark hours per day. But these can also appear in the vegetative stage for older plants. So only if the plants do get more then 10 hours dark period per day then this is pre-flowering.

Hi just to slightly disagree with the person who answered your question, here in week 7 was your first sign of flowering. Whether male or female, the transition to flower is marked by the internodal stretch that you see here. Pistils may or may not show you the sex of the plant before the pre-flowering stretch, they're not necessarily a sign that flowering has initiated. Good luck with the grow it's looking awesome! 💚
