Have my plant already switched to flo phase ?? On second picture i see white things it looks like pistils. Idk

The very first sign from flowering are the white fuzzy pistils/hairs at the joints where fan leaves meet the stem. They appear soon after more then 10 dark hours per day. But these can also appear in the vegetative stage for older plants. So only if the plants do get more then 10 hours dark period per day then this is pre-flowering.
