I'm thrilled to start documenting the growth of my Black Dog Auto strain as it enters the exciting vegetation stage. The plant has established itself nicely, reaching a height of approximately 4 cm, and is showing signs of healthy development. To ensure optimal conditions for growth, I've been maintaining a consistent temperature of around 28 degrees Celsius during the day and slightly cooler at around 25 degrees Celsius at night. Keeping the humidity at a steady 70% ensures a suitable moisture level for the plant's foliage and overall health. During this stage, I'm paying close attention to watering the plant appropriately. I aim to provide enough moisture to keep the soil evenly damp but not overly saturated. As the Black Dog Auto continues to thrive, I'm eagerly looking forward to witnessing its growth and the development of lush foliage in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more updates as we embark on this exciting cultivation journey together!

Today marks the beginning of the second week of vegetation for my Black Dog Auto strain. The plants have grown to about 5 cm tall and are looking healthy and vibrant. I'm excited to see their progress in the coming days. The temperature in the grow space is around 28°C during the day, providing a warm and comfortable environment for the plants. At night, the temperature drops slightly to around 25°C, ensuring a favorable climate for their growth. Humidity levels are currently at 70%, which is within the desired range for this stage. The plants seem to be adapting well to these conditions, and I will continue to monitor humidity closely to prevent any potential issues. Today, I took the opportunity to repot the Black Dog Auto plants into 5-gallon pots. This will provide them with ample space for root development and allow for better nutrient uptake. I made sure to handle the plants gently during the repotting process to minimize stress. I'm excited about the weeks ahead and look forward to observing how these young plants continue to thrive and develop. I'll continue to provide them with proper care, monitoring their growth and making adjustments as necessary.

Week 3 of vegetation has arrived for my Black Dog strain, and I couldn't be more pleased with their development. These plants have grown significantly and now stand at around 20 cm in height. It's truly remarkable to witness their progress and anticipate what's to come. The temperature in the grow space remains stable, with daytime temperatures around 28°C. This consistent warmth provides an optimal environment for the plants' growth and metabolic processes. During the night, temperatures continue to drop slightly to around 25°C, ensuring a favorable climate for healthy plant development. While the temperature remains consistent, the humidity levels have started to decrease gradually. Currently, the humidity stands at around 70-75%. This gradual reduction is implemented to acclimate the plants to lower humidity levels as they approach the flowering stage. Maintaining an appropriate humidity range will help prevent issues such as excessive moisture and potential mold or mildew development. At this stage, I have not performed any defoliation on the Black Dog plants. Their foliage is still crucial for photosynthesis and nutrient absorption during this early growth phase. I will closely monitor the plant's canopy and make decisions regarding defoliation as the weeks progress to ensure optimal light penetration and airflow throughout the plant. As the Black Dog plants continue to thrive, I'm filled with anticipation for their future. I will continue to provide attentive care, making necessary adjustments to environmental conditions, and closely monitoring their growth progress. The journey toward a successful harvest is well underway, and I'm excited to see what lies ahead.

Entering the first week of the flowering stage with my Black Dog strain, and I'm excited to witness the transformation of these plants. They have grown impressively and now stand at around 35 cm tall. The transition from vegetative growth to flowering marks a significant milestone in their development. The temperature in the grow room remains consistent and favorable for flowering, with daytime temperatures reaching around 28°C. During the night, the temperature drops slightly to a comfortable 26°C, providing an ideal climate for the plants' flowering process. As the plants transition into the flowering stage, I have started to gradually lower the humidity levels. Currently, the humidity hovers around 60-65%, which helps maintain a healthy environment. However, I plan to gradually reduce it to around 55% later in the flowering stage to minimize the risk of mold or mildew formation. Earlier this week, I performed a defoliation session to remove larger fan leaves that were blocking light penetration to lower bud sites. This will promote better airflow and light exposure, ensuring optimal bud development throughout the canopy. Additionally, I implemented some low-stress training (LST) techniques to manipulate the plant's shape and encourage horizontal growth. Watering has been consistent, providing approximately 1.5-2 liters of water per day. It's crucial to monitor the moisture levels in the soil and adjust watering accordingly to prevent overwatering or underwatering. To enhance soil health, I chopped some veggies and added them as a nutritious treat for the worms in the soil. This organic matter will decompose gradually, providing additional nutrients to the plants as they progress through the flowering stage. I also placed wood chips on top of the soil to act as a mulch layer, preserving moisture and promoting a healthy microenvironment. Looking ahead, I am eagerly anticipating how this Black Dog strain will continue to develop throughout the flowering stage. I will closely monitor their progress, making adjustments to environmental conditions as needed, and providing them with attentive care. The journey toward a successful harvest is underway, and I'm filled with anticipation for the weeks to come.

Week 2 of the flowering stage has arrived for my Black Dog Auto strain, and I'm thrilled with the progress these plants have made. Standing at approximately 40 cm tall, they are entering a crucial phase of development. The temperature in the grow room remains consistent, with daytime temperatures reaching around 29°C. During the night, the temperature drops slightly to a comfortable 27°C, providing an ideal climate for the plants' flowering process. Humidity levels have been adjusted to a range of 50-55%. This balance ensures a healthy environment, reducing the risk of excessive moisture and potential issues such as mold or mildew. To optimize light penetration and airflow within the canopy, I performed a small defoliation, targeting leaves that were covering the top of the plants. This strategic removal allows better access to light for bud sites and promotes improved airflow, ultimately contributing to the quality of the flowers. Watering remains consistent, providing approximately 1.5-2 liters of water per day. It's crucial to monitor soil moisture levels and adjust watering accordingly to prevent overwatering or underwatering, allowing the plants to thrive. To support soil health, I provided with a treat of avocado. These earthworms play a vital role in enhancing soil structure, nutrient cycling, and overall plant health. As the Black Dog Auto plants progress through the flowering stage, I'm excited to witness their growth and development. I continue to provide them with attentive care, ensuring they have the optimal environment and resources they need to flourish.
