it's an autoflower, so if oyu consider it was in bloom 7-10 days before you saw a preflower or hints of bloom, then it's not so extreme.. a little early but 9 weeks in for an auto this isn't crazy fast as you may think.
probably just a faster flowering auto - which also means a generally smaller plant.
other things to consider - spray it with anything? some stuff will burn pistils and cause them to die which would bring out the color change. pollination like you said, too.
temp/rh being off a bit shouldn't be a huge issue.
its not going to fatten up any more. no new calyxes are forming. . if it did have a new wave of growth, it's not necessarily a good thing... gonna have even more drastically varying levels of ripening on same buds... the stuff that grew early wil be over-ripe and new growth will be under-ripe. some people like new waves of pistils and will wait for it to ripen. i'm not a fan of that. each to their own without good research to flesh out what is best.
