Hello everyone, I'm not new to growing per say, haven't grown in a decade. Starting my second grow of the year. First grow of this year was auto CBD White Widow and Auto CBD Charlotte's angel both from Dutch Passion under 125 W CFL and 4.3L pot as a test to try some CBD marijuana and it didn't yield much ( don't have a scale so I don't know the exact yield , my guess would be 5-10 g ), so I bought new grow box small in size, only 40x40x120 cm. Also new to Led lights, old school was hps / metal halide. Currently light is on 25% of power and 40cm of distance from a plant. Feeding only tap water every 2-3 days. Hoping CBD Critical Cure can help me with general anxiety and stress of the days work. Read great things about it online.

I think it's growing great. Not sure when I will transplant her in final 11l pot. Light is still only on 25% and about 40 cm from a plant. Side branches are also starting to grow, which I'm happy about. Feeding still tap water.

She was transplanted into 11l pot at day 16. And I topped her at fifth node today at day 21. Hope she recovers fast. 🙏😅 Continuing to fed only tap water as she is in her new pot. Lights are on 30-40% as of now on.

I have I question for more experienced growers than me, and is this a light / heat issue ? I turned up the lights to 50% and in 2 days I saw this result . Temperatures are higher also because of the heat wave , currently at 27-28 C when light are on. Air humidity is 60 - 66%.

Yes this can be from heat stress 28 is a little hot I prefer 24/25. But they can take 30c so 28 is still in the safe zone. It can also be from the fan , if a fan is directly on a leaf they will sometimes taco or claw over . Main thing is your plant looks healthy so it can take a bit of stress .

It's day 28 already. It grew quite a bit, especially side branches - it's quite bushy plant - indica dominant. I gave her already two watering's with nutrients in low doses. Watering every 4-7 days a whole liter of fertilized water. Also did some leaf tucking on her, as I'm hesitant on defoliation, but will do probably in a future. Because of the possible mold I will defoliate lower parts of the plant probably next week as this is will be last week of vegging. Aiming for 5 week veg. Light is on 50% and 40cm-ish from a plant. Little concerned on 5 week veg, because of the limit of the grow tent ( only 120 cm in height ), but I hope for bigger better yield with 1 more week of veg. Happy growing everyone 🙏😀

Decided on 30 day veg. This is the end of the first week of flowering. Got nutrient burn in the process, gave her little too much fertilizer ( 1ml bio grow and 1 ml bio bloom/ 1L ). Flushed the soil and she picked up again. Not sure if she recovered fully yet. Light is on 100% as of today to see if she can handle it, otherwise will bump it down to 80%.

I had to up the nutrition quite a bit, as plant was dying otherwise. Hopefully she will still produce at the end 🙏. I was thinking to chop her and let her die, as she was in really bad position, but decided to keep her at the end. I don't have PH meter so I don't know if it's a PH problem or just lack of nutrition or both. It's something to keep in mind and to buy in the future. 😅

I hope she stops growing upwards and start producing buds. Height is limited 😅 ( only 120 cm ). Yellowing still continuous, despite upping nutrients ( maybe will add more vegetative fertilizer in future grows at stage of stretching 😅). Last watering I added nutrients that are a little to much for my taste at this stage, but will see how the plant responds. Great learning experience from this one. It shows I'm still rookie at growing perfectly 😄

Upped the veg nutrition as yellowing isn't stopping 😅. Watering every day from now on with fertilizer. She slightly stopped growing upward and started to fill bud sites ( she grew 2 cm upward from last week ). Light is on 100% and quite close to the plant and I don't think she mind.

She stopped yellowing so much, so I already started to feed her less veg nutrient. I hope she ripens up more buds in upcoming weeks 🙏. But will see, as I made some mistakes during weeks of flowering ( not providing much nutrients )😅. She grew another 2 cm in height this week. Trichomes are also starting to produce. Weather got colder, so I can maintain steady 27'C ( not ideal, but better than over 30'C ). Light is on 100% and farthest up the tent, distance is about 25 cm from top buds. For now I didn't see any light burn. 😌

She got a little fatter from last week 😄. Buds are hard to squeeze, quite dense. Smell is on fruity side. New pistils are still forming, so another 2-3 weeks until harvest 😊 ( barney's site says 55 - 60 days of flower ). I have bought microscope and will be checking on trichomes maturity in 2 weeks.

Should I early harvest do to bud rot forming or just cut of the effected area and hope for the best? Plant is 46 days in flower. Buds are dense and quite moisty, I already cut one bud and chopped it for further mold development. Air humidity in tent is 49% - 51 % and air temp 27C

Copied from RQS: Moldy weed is not just a horrible excuse for a stash, it’s actually toxic waste and you should treat it as such. If you have the misfortune to consume moldy weed, regardless of whether you eat it, smoke it, or vape it, you are consuming thousands, possibly tens of thousands of nasty microbial spores. Best case scenario is the unpleasant taste puts you off consuming much and you toss the rest of the contaminated weed stash in the trash, post-haste, without any ill effects. Worst case scenario is you wind up hospitalized with a serious lung infection and your only frequent visitor is a slimy anti-marijuana lobbyist intent on getting the rights to the story of the first recorded cannabis death in history.

Because of the early harvest, trichomes were still clear. Low to medium high depends on the dosage. It was good smoke overall.

Had to harvest early because of the bud rot. Air circulation wasn't optimal this run. For next time will add a fan. Total dry weight was 56 grams.

Hey seen your Q. With the coming heat wave. I highly suggest you get some sort of co2. Even an Exhale bag, (don't get co2 buddy) or cheap smart co2 bags. They thrive in hot weather. You need 29+c for extra co2 to work. So make hay while your sweating your B off. Good Growing
