After discovering outdated nutrient fed to previously seeded plants resulting in dwarfed growth, I decided to give a try a solid, guaranteed new batch of 3x Fast Buds Amnesia Haze Auto seeds.
06-07-2023 Germinated today with fresh nutrients in hand (PLAGRON Start Up (7ml/l) (150ml)
09-07-2023 After 3 days of germinating, positive growth can be seen. Another portion of PLAGRON Start Up (7ml/l) added (150ml) first leaves show up on
10-07-2023 Transfer into intermediary cups today. Acclimatisation behind a clear window follows. Slowly being exposed to more direct sun light in the coming days. No more PLAGRON Start Up, changing to Alga Grow.
11-07-2023 Transferred into final destination (no roots outside peat pellets visible yet): fabric bags 16 litres. PLAGRON Promix enhanced with perlite (20%), PLAGRON Alga Grow (4ml/l), 2 litres of water per pot.
13-07-2023 Moving to outdoor, indirect sun (shaded area) for the first time (night and day back behind a window).
13-07-2023 - Positive growth after placing seedlings in final destination (fabric pots). First time walk out, some direct sunset sun (last 2 hours of sun light). Back behind the window for the night and next day.
21-07-2023 - positive grow, watered another 2l each (3ml/l nutrient), added supports (self designed 3D printed). Due to heatwave (40-48C) not exposing to direct sun yet.
24-07-2023 - positive grow. Still kept behind the window, as the heatwave is causing scorching temperatures outside.
28-07-2023 - positive growth, still indoors, this week going outdoors. Soil water management is not perfect (wrong substrate delivery) but looks like they all are fine.
01-08-2023 - positive and med-fast growth, slow adaptation to outdoor conditions, stems not strong enough to withstand even moderate breeze. Kept in the safe corner.
12-08-2023 positive growth, still indoors (just behind terrace window)
13-08-2023 Very positive grow. Thanks to planting seeds into final pots the flowering phase hasn’t been triggered too early. All plants are much taller than usual.
20-08-2023 - Flowering pistils showed up. Placed outdoor for the 1st time (kept behind terrace window so far). Changed nutrient from Alga Grow to Alga Bloom (2l each 3ml/l). Added supports and placed in the modified windshield in an area of reduced direct sunlight.
General observation: longer vegetation period (delayed flowering - 6th week than 4th), healthier look, taller plants - probably because of planting seedlings directly in final destination (?), watering with double amount as usual, as well as keeping them indirect (behind terrace window) to scorching sun for the first few weeks.
13-09-2023 - positive growth. no issues. some minor defoliating (damaged leaves only)
19-09-2023 - buds are growing nice, some defoliation (dead leaves only), sun light is much less powerful and daytime is visibly shorter.
24-09-2023 - Positive bud growth, nothing spectacular this time but steady & healthy. Trichomes clear - estimated harvest for the specimen no.1 (smallest) approx. 1 week time. Flushing of this one already started.
26-09-2023 - Last night a hefty rain contributed to a healthy flushing. All 3 plants are nearing their harvest maturity. No.1 goes first this afternoon. No.2 & 3 will follow next days.
26-09-2023 - Harvest time for No. 1 - 40g wet on scales.
29-09-2023 - after 2 nights of thunders and some rain flushing the two remaining plants the harvest moment is approaching fast. Probably within the next 2-4 days.
01-09-2023 - Harvest time for No. 2 - 35.6g wet on scales
05-09-2023 - Harvest time for No. 3 - 38.7g wet on scales
