seeds can feed themselves the first week or more, but you'll have better results with some fertilizer for sure. same ratio as you'll use later in vege but less concentrated, probably. if in soilless, it'll be basically the same concentration - 1.3 to 1.5 EC of a well-balanced mix. This is basically healthy, fertile soil levels outside in places plants grow well.
you shouldn't start with anything in a partial sense. you need a well-balanced diet from the beginning. you are in a soilless medium. it provides nothing.
use 30% perlite with cooc in future. 2:1 is the target, but a few percent off is irrelevant.
what you give is turned into the plant mass you see. law of conservation of mass applies. it doesn't manifest mass from nothing. it needs building blocks. it needs them in the right ratio and rate of application. trial and error through observances will get you there.
