On the rare occasion i do a scrog, I use 4 of them bungee hook rope things and attach them round the sides, from pole to pole.
I then zip tie the net to the bungee ropes, this adds loads more tension to the net.
One more bit of useful advice, if the plants start raising the net in the centre, tie a weight to some string (I used a kettle bell) and then tie this to the net, it does a decent job at keeping the net down 👌
