Welcome to another one of my grows. This one is Crop Kings Cereal Milk Autoflower. Germination was July 1st so this one is about 25 days old. Germ-1-7,Week 1 Veg 8-14, Week 2 15-21, Week 3 22-28... So far this one is showing good promise. Germination took only 2 days and growth has been vigorous since. Did my first watering/feed after the initial soak on about day 18. Fed again a few days ago as she looked hungry. Added a little Cal/mag on the second feed. Anyone feel free to follow along and give me any advice on growing in soil.. This is actually my first soil grow , I have always used hydro in the past. So far seems pretty straight forward. Ill probably underfeed since I am used to the plant sitting in a res full of nutrients that it can use whenever it pleases. Any recommendations on a feed schedule would be appreciated.. feed daily? feed every 2 days? 3? what works best in soil
This one is rolling right along in the right direction. Enjoying this soil grow so far.. growth is beginning to be explosive and getting some decent stretching. Will likely train it down soon.
Got some preflower growth going on... shes stretching for that light. Decided to do a little defoliation and supercropping. She be starting the flower cycle next week. Peaceout.
Ran into a few issues entering flowering which sucks but I think my issue is nutrient lockout/overwatering. I tested my runoff for the first time ever and was shocked to see it at 1800ppm this early in the grow. I was thinking about flushing going into flowering and I should have.
Gave her a big flush this week taking the ppms from over 1800 down to 300 ish then gave it some fresh nutes and she is looking better already. The early color fade is from nutrient lockout i had the last week or two.. noob soil growing mistakes. oh well ya live you learn
This is the beginning of week 9. Slowly adding size to the flowers. Definitely seem smaller than when in my hydro setup but hoping the pack some size on these last few weeks. Maybe they are denser growing in soil? Looks yummy regardless
Going pretty well now. Got the ppms and ph dialed in a bit better than before and I have been seeing steady growth for a few weeks straight now. Flowers arent massive or anything but i cant tell they are getting heavier and denser. Should be a few more weeks now and these will be ready for chop.
I have begun flushing. Prob down to about 400ish ppms. Ill prob do one more good flush then let her go a little longer and thats it. Starting to see plenty of amber trichomes and the nugs are pretty dense. Just trying to resist chopping for a bit longer :D
Well this one is dragging on longer than I thought it would but I am liking what I am seeing with the flowers bulking and fading to some very nice colors. Smell has taken on a whole new level as well. I have flushed twice so far and runoff is down to about 200ppm. Will prob flush it one more time and let it fade another week.
Chop chop! Flushed clean and smelling mean. I chopped right at the start of week 13 from seed. Ill come back with the harvest when its done drying and sitting in my bowl. Smell is super dank and strong. More diesel or fuel than a berry/fruity smell that I was expecting by the name,
Fully dried and with no cure this stuff will knock your socks off. Looking forward to trying it again in about a month. Right now there is no "cereal milk" smell. Its straight gas, very pungent at the moment. Hits like it smells too, very potent.
@DoubleDsTrees, uff berries, pine, and vanilla sounds amazing!! definitely need to check it out - but don't do autos.
yeah lets cure them for a while and they will get way better - enjoy buddy :)
@BudBoutique, Thanks man goodluck with yours too. Its suppose to be berries, pine, and vanilla. I'm getting more a sour diesel right now lol but i can kinda smell the berries if i squeeze em so a lot may change in a month.
