Good looking plant you have there. In regards to the Rootrot with hydro often times the nutrients will stain the roots and give the appearance of roots rot. Be careful with letting excess light in and you should be fine. I personally use hydroguard in my resevoir to stop all rootrot in its tracks. Good luck in this grow! Ill be following along 😎

@HighTV, Yea they're doing well. It's pretty strong man it's stinking my house out Mrs ain't to happy Hahaha. Dying for a smoke of it but all good things take time as they say.

@Reaper, hi I've never had that issue before but If it happend to me I would bleach everything in my system boiling hot water. I would ditch the ph down aswell get some new stuff. I also add my base neuts root protectors and additives first then adjust my ph. Keep an eye on your res temps too. Hope some of that helps.

@CommanderCannabis, Yea thanks dude, this is probably the most heavy India I've grown so I had to keep opening the guts of the plant to get light to lower bud sites that's why it's like that. But to answer your question I let it get to its 6th node then top it.

Hi @Kiwigrower6! Hard to say without any pictures but it sounds like root-rot. Are you sure your air-pump is still 100% working? Are you sure there's absolutely no light coming through your reservoir? How often do you fully change the solution in your reservoir? As an emergency move, you can prune the brown roots, keep the most healthy parts, and see how it goes. Take some closeup pictures so we'll be able to refine the diagnosis and help you to adjust your parameters. Happy growing 👊

@Stick, Hey man cheers for the reply. Unless the lights going through the pebbles into the res that would be the only way,ive been putting zebra plastic over the top of the bucket to try and divert some heat away so the water doesn't heat up. I'll take another pic when I get home from work in normal light so you can see what you think. Thanks again bro

Congratulations on the harvest stooned! You did quite well for your first DWC experience. What would say the largest difference was from soil?

@HighTV,thanks dude appreciate it.Have to be the speed that it grows at and the ease of growing I was so impressed. I think it grew 2.5 inches in a day at some stages of its cycle. I would highly recommend to anyone to give it a go.
