8/23 - End of Week 3. Going to start some top feeding at like half strength for the Fox Farm Soil schedule in next few days. Drinking well and consistently from the self-watering bases. Bugs seem to be under control but will probably add some bits to the bases to make sure the gnats don't resurface. Stalk is strong and looking good and a good amount of new growth after taking some fan leaves off yesterday to "top". CO2 levels looking a little better, opened another vent in the tent.
8/22 - Adjusted light down to 80% after getting a lux meter and checking the intensity. Soil PH is slighly acidic at 6.1. Got some phUp and phDown but haven't adjusted yet. Trimmed top 4 fan leaves to stall out the top stalk and open up the bottom branches a bit. Added a mushroom exhale bag to increase co2 levels, were sitting around 500 ppm before I added.
8/21 - Still drying out the self-watering base a bit, will add water today. Sides of fabric pot still a bit wet to the touch but I think that's just the active wicking going on. Thought the initial canoe'ing leaves were from overwatering when overfilling the self-watering base but now I think it has more to do w/ some shock from the thrips and 24 hour light, or perhaps a bit of sunburn from being sprayed w/ the neem oil / bug killer.
8/16 - Had to fight off some thrips and still dialing in the tent conditions. Might be a little overwatered currently.
8/30 - Week 4 ends and we are heading into flowering. Fed the first dose of 1/2 strength Fox Farms Soil schedule for week 5 today. 3rd feeding overall, all half strength.
8/29 - Alright, heading into flower, had some moisture / airflow issues with how damn bushy she'd gotten so had to chop some more on 8/28 evening. Rebounded nicely 8/29 and we've got a good amount of tops coming up now w/ some preflower starting. Looks like we're heading into flower properly now and should be stretching soon. Fed another round of Fox Farms soil week 4 last on 8/27.
8/26 - Been tying it down and adjusting daily, getting some good spread w/ a good # of bud sites coming up. Some stretch would be welcome to fill out the space a bit and get some room to work with. Don't want to chop too much leaf off as it's flipping to flower but it's crowded. Fed Fox Farm Soil Feed at half strength on 8/24.
9/4: Cut back fan leaves yesterday to expose flowering spots to more light. Took out one branch that had cracked in attempts at LST and wasn't healthy, that's how we learn, wont' try to use those trainers again and will try to get something w/ a better angle / less abrasive.
8/31: Moving along well into flowering, starting to stretch a bit, getting taller, a lot of nice bud spots w/ good access to light. Constantly going bushy, trying to keep the canopy open but not take too much.
9/6 - Flowering well underway, cleaned out the self-watering base again and gave a fresh feed. 1/2 gallon today, another 1/2 gallon on Saturday and some flush on Monday for this week.
