Maplestone So disappointing to have had to restart from scratch on this… Of the 2 next seeds I tried, only one has sprouted. Definitely have a bad batch… Maybe I have some miracle bean on my hands? Stay tuned… My other This begins my Citrus Hunt as I seek out, grow and sample several citrus heavy strains and document my experience. Candidate 1 is Greenhouse Seeds Lemon Orange. Super Lemon Haze x Clementine come together in this Greenhouse Seeds creation. I simply can’t wait! I will be using my AC Infinity Advanced Grow System: -CLOUDLAB 844 – Advance Grow Tent 48”x48”x80” (x1) -CONTROLLER 69 PRO – Grow Tent Controller (x1) -IONBOARD S44 – LED Grow Light Board 400W (x1) CLOUDRAY S6 – Oscillating Circulation Clip Fan (x2) I will be using Autopot XLwith AirBase/AirDome filled with a 60/40 Coco Coir/Clay Pellet substrate. -Green Planet Nutrients 3 part GP3 (Autopot feed chart). -2 seeds soaked overnight in distilled water. -Started in cotton pads, but transferred to jiffy pods before germination due to scheduling concerns. Aug 29, 2023 -Both seeds rotten. Starting over soaking 12 hours. Sept 3, 2023 -Moved seeds to moist paper towel. Sept 4, 2023

Maplestone More issues with seed viability. Of 5 seeds in package, only 1 germinated. So disappointing as this strain has been occupying my imagination all summer. Alas, I do have one resilient seed that has burst forth and will use her to mother some sturdy clones. From tragedy comes hope.

Maplestone Only 1 of 5 seeds germinated, so she’s already exceptional. We all love an underdog story… let’s see how this one ends!

@Hydro_Hiebs, I just checked it out! Great diary - I will be using it to help assist me in my grow of this interesting strain. I loved the fade on your flowers at the end! Thanks for the reference!

Love the citrus hunt. My homie grew out the Tangie (might've been DNA genetics) around 2009-10, it had a crazy citrus nose. Also hear really good things about the Lemon Tree strain. Something about citrus strains makes me feel like they're more potent... Lemon Skunks and Lemon OGs get me buckled every time. Happy hunting 🎯

@@Louder, thanks my friend! Citrus strains usually lift my mood. Lemon Tree was almost the other strain chosen to grow alongside Lemon Orange. I ended up trying Tangie Candie by elev8 instead - just curious to try a Rntz cross. I think Tangie is one of the grandparent strains for Lemon Orange actually… Appreciate the input!

@Maplestone, Yeah you're right about that Tangie. That will be some tasty flower. GHSC has very stable strains, I'm sure she's no different. Nice pick for sure, I'm watchin' 👀

@Hou_Stone, Thanks! 3 of 4 seeds tried have failed to germinate. Not having a great time with this batch. My other genetics are doing amazing though!
