First Indoor From an Outdoor

This week Ive dealt with some frustration. Mainly in that a few of the plants developed these brown spots on some old vegetation that ive identified as a calcium and magnesium deficiency via "Grow Weed Easy" identifier. The first night I panicked and after some reddit advice, did a foliar with 1tbs epsom salts and 1tsp gypsum in a gallon of water. I watered my usual amount with this solution and foliar sprayed them as well. The new vegetation seems to be blemish free and im hoping it remains that way. At this moment here are the potential causes of the issue: Watered with rainwater i collected earlier in the week ( Ph was at 5.4, considered that it could just have unfavorable elements in it that i cant test for right now) Lights burned the leaves and caused the spots, isnt a calcium or mag deficiency. ( Just installed new Kingbrite LEDs and still working out the kinks, Ive since raised them and lowered intensity. Nute lockout caused by high levels of nutrients present. ( I learned recently that the perlite I used out of desperation was MircacleGro and as you may have guessed it has food in it for whatever reason that I didnt realize until it was too late. Im theorizing theyre overfed and thats why we see clawing in one of the pictures, I flushed the one plant and its still recovering) Fungus Gnats messing with the roots/vegetation ( as you can see there are sticky traps down, im gonna let them dry out thoroughly before adding anything else) Moving forward Ive topped 5/7 plants, left one alone, and done some super cropping to the one that was extra tall. In a few days I will lollipop them and stake them according to my 2x1ft per plant system in anticipation of the stretch. That will give them a week of recovery from my pruning before I flip the light schedule. Happy growing folks :)
