I'm thinking I'll give drench the plants completely and let them be outside to gather 3-4 hours of sunlight and stay in the cool temperature at night. I'm hoping it'll be enough to keep them stable till I get back. I was thinking of adding a layer of perilite on top to try and keep the moisture retained. Any thoughts ?
@Lewis, I got the best possible solution. I gave then to my friend to take care off and water every day so I'm sorted on that front. The new problem is the heat wave that heat wave that hits India every summer, especially the area I'm in. The temp here rises to 45°c (almost 113 F) whereas my home town, Himachal Pradesh is perfect for growing. I just wish I was closer to home. The hear already killed on my plants and the seeds are pretty weak anyway. It's turning out it be a futile endeavour 😅
@Indianbud,ehm do you have some pipes? for water?
You could make a drip system otherwise, i would just go with a good amount of water and maybe let them stay outside in the shadow, they wont grow as much, but they will surive :)
I have to leave my plants for 3-4 days while I travel and I'm concerned about watering them. Since this is a solo project I'm wondering if it's okay to let them be with just adequate light and ventilation. Since they're still in week 2 of veg stage, I'm concerned. What do you think ? Is it safe ?
@Indianbud, I think you could maybe lower the cycle to 17 on 7 off, so you do dry out the medium too quick. Just give them a good load off water before you leave.
I'm growing same strain here. How much weeks did it take from seed to harvest? And how much did you yield? I know it's been a year but maybe you can remember lol
