Today I am starting my new photoperiod run. One of the seeds is Big Fat Wedding Cake from DutchFem Seeds. So I have done my normal set up that has given me great results over the years to get it ready to go. I very lightly succeed the seed ends, I then place in water, and cover to keep dark. I will proceed to place the covered cup in grow room on top of where I am growing it. This is for the warmth of the grow space where I grow. I let seed soak for 24 hours, or if I see a root tail sooner. I have to poke seed after first few hours to get it to sink. I then will place her directly in the rockwool. I will proceed to putting a dome over area to keeo humidity high. I generally hace a sprout in 2 to 5 days. I will be growing her under the Spider Farmer G5000 that has the UVR 40 attached. Big Fat Wedding Cake is still holding her almost week start on the others. She has been growing great under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights in the Athena nutrition. The light is currently on 50 percent. She got topped today, roots pruned, and a solution change. Pretty stressful, but she might take it well of course 🤞🏻. I did burn her in flowering when the nutrition got too strong for her. My bad. She still turned out great. 👊@Roberts, thats becouse i am sick at home (MS) so this gives me some kind of distraction too and i really love the plants becouse they do so much for my health!! growing is such a nice hobby too but i can only grow in the summer.. so i just come here now and then this winter to stalk everyone 😁
