FlyrretFarms Today is the last day of week 8 of flowering. I reduced the light time from 12-12 to 11-13 and for the last hour of light, I lowered the lamp to 75% to simulate the shade of the autumn stage (I saw somewhere that doing this helps make the buds more resinous starting from weeks 6 or 7, I started at the beginning of week 8). The trichomes on the buds are 97% clear and 3% amber, tomorrow I will start a gradual flush, I will only give 2 liters of water at pH 6.8-7.0 and 60ppm per day instead of adding fertilizer for a week and I will see if the trichomes maintain the same clear/amber ratio, if there's still time to reach 30% amber I will give it another week of flushing. At least that's the plan...

FlyrretFarms The flowers are starting to bend the branches with their weight thanks to the flush. I keep watering with clean water. The trichomes now seem to be 10% amber all over the flower, I think next Thursday I'll leave it for 2 days without light and then harvest it, it smells really good. FlyrretFarms I didn't weigh the cut plant wet, so I put the weight of dry flower. I made some mistakes during drying and curing, which caused the flowers to lose a little bit of their smell. I over-dried the flowers but managed to rehydrate them with 62% humidity packs from Integra Boost. The flowers didn't come out mostly compact, thanks to the low-quality lamp, but the buds are compact and nice. This stuff hits like a mule kick; it turned out a bit harsh due to the over-drying, but it's not too noticeable. I got 8g of kief, very potent.
