bro the trichomes you looked at were leaf tricomes,nothing to do with calyx trichomes ,you harvested a bit early

Tent worked great, zippers are fine, but I do not open them past the turn to the side. It’s 2x4, so I just reach across as needed.
First timer, very pleased with outcome so far. Easy to get help on growdiaries.com. Looking forward to tasting party.
Smoke review
Here’s a bit of a conundrum. The larger plant hermied. Dried male opened pods became easily visible when they dried. A few sample buds have a few fully developed seeds, but not all of them. As for the smoke, I’ve only sampled scraggly small buds. It only takes me one bong hit. Very nice immediate skull wave undulation as light sensitivity becomes intense for a bit. Actually found myself laughing out loud watching TV, followed by pleasant relaxation.

@Blacklisted, Thank you for some critical feedback. I agree, too early. I hope to have learned many lessons for making round 2 more successful. Growing for personal use, so I'm gonna have to wait another few months to see if it rates as a killer harvest!

So far, the only odor is very mild. Smells kinda like grass. Should get more intense soon in Flower Stage. Don't be surprised if they grow extremely wide fan leafs in the beginning. Leave them as long as you can so plant gets the energy it needs.
