48h between 2 moist cotton pads in an unsealed zip lock baggie. Placed under an envelope on my AV unit for warmth until tap roots are about 2-3x the length of the seed pod. Cheese and gruntz are a week behind

Starting off in 1g plastic pots. Promix soil with a touch of recharge watered in before the seedlings were buried. Nothing but small amounts of plain tap water around the outside of the pots once a day. Cheese and Grunts are in smaller starter pots under humidity domes.

Really just watching and watering this week, other than mixing in 2 tsp of Dr Earth 4-4-4 spread across each 1g. Cheese and Gruntz are sitting in their 1g but are still in the smaller containers until they root out a little. I plan on checking every few days to make sure roots don't escape the bottom. Small fan circulating air around in this 2x2x4 nursery tent. Had to stick a twist tie in to support the cheese sprout that got a little stretchy. I may eventually change things up and switch to coco since I'm gonna finish these in an Autopot XL 4pot 6g. I'm looking to raising these muffins. I hear they are a pleasure to grow.

Was traveling this week and just let them do their thing. Had a helper water every other day. Popped the cheese and Gruntz out of the starter cups and into the 1gals. BM1 is taller and wider than BM2, but both are looking great. Cleaning up the 2x4 veg tent to move into this week and getting the autopots set up in a 5x5 for flower. Still debating nutes, as I've heard liquid is much better in autopots but don't want to need to mix anything due to needing a helper when I travel.

Decided to skip the 2x4 tent and will use that for clones. This is my 5x5 under HLG600r hanging 30" over canopy @ 50% in autopot XL 6.6gal filled with coco loco. First run with autopots and am excited to see how they do. All girls are in their flowering homes that now have some worm castings mixed in. Water PHd to 6.0ish with recharge 1-2 times per week. Topped both blueberry muffins to give gruntz and cheese time to bulk out a bit and catch up in height. Plucked the bigger fan leaves from Bbm1 and Bbm2 to let some light in. Gonna leave the autopot system off for a few weeks and top water with recharge to let the roots fill out in their new homes.

A lot of training this week for everyone. BBM1 continues to have the most vigorous growth with BBM2 right behind her. Cheese had a bit of an issue after transplant and had some major horizontal curling to the larger fan leaves that have since been removed. I seem to recall that this also happened the last time I grew this cheese. If you've never tried a cheese strain, you're missing out. I can already smell the pungent cheese aroma when I defoliate. I've only run the gruntz once and had some spider mite issues that still allowed me to harvest, but it was not a great run. I'm not going to train her as aggressively as the other three. Turns out I may have been giving a bit too much water, As I had some run off filling the reservoir a little. I'm going to let them dry out for a few days, and the auto pot system will be turned on soon after.

Was put of town this week for 4 days and gave them all a heavy top water and tea (worm castings, alfalfa, kelp) before leaving. Still happy when I got back and all needing a trim. Trimmed down about the bottom 1/3 of each branch and removed larger fan leaves that grow toward the center of the plant to get better light penetration. Gave a good top water with recharge after doing a bloom/veg mix top dress and turned on the autopots for the first time the next morning. Fingers crossed.

Anyone do a run in coco with dry organic on autopots? Using Dr Earth AND autopots for the first time. Planning to turn off the valve on Fridays and top water with recharge on Sundays before turning the pots back on. Any suggestions?

As long as they are getting mixed into the medium and its not to wet getting watter from the top down I don't see a huge problem. If the autopot's only water from the bottom up it could be hard for it to dispense though out the medium when hey are fed by mixing into the top level of the substrate. Watering from the top pulls em down into the mix and helps the bits go deeper into the substrate to be broken down by microbes, the ones that are broken down and available already "waster soluble nutrients" gets pushed deeper into the root zone for absorption into the plants. This is why you normally don't water with run off on dry amendments as they leach out easily as you tend to only PH the water not add nutrients to it as well. so all runoff will contain the things the microbes already broke down. The amending aspect is hard when there is no transplanting as dry amendments tend to need a top up every 3-4 weeks either from transplant or incorporation of more amendments into the top layer. one other option would be to ferment the dry amendments in a nylon sack in the reservoir or someplace else with oxygenated water and some bacteria, maybe laco bacc. once the bacteria decompose it it will become available like hydro nutes, No idea how fast it is or the after affects of this but it could be an option. I do think this will clog up your tubes and pumps though as they are whole ingredient items not just salts so their will be leftovers that normal get trapped in the soil and become part of it. most amendments are ground into a fine power to increase surface area so they break down faster but this also means its easier to clog up things. Auto pots might be best with hydro nutrients because of the things mentioned above. Again never tried it, but have grown with dry amendments in soil and that's my prediction and theory on how it could work. take from it what you will. Good Luck!

Just training the branches out, tying down with soft garden wire. Everyone got a heavy defoliation and i took some clones, as i'm going to flip to flower in two days. I want to give them a couple of days to recover. Still trying to decide if I want to top dress and stay organic and topwater lightly 1-2 times a week or flower using floraflex via the autopots. I'll be traveling a lot the next few months so I'd like to keep things easy for my helper. Leaving blueberry muffin 1 a little bushier and will clean her up after the stretch.

I'm highly impressed with the autopots so far. It's very unlikely that I would have given the plants as much water as they have taken up and they would have suffered, as I was out of town for 3 days and they went through over 10gal while I was gone. Closed the valve on the autopots Fri evening and started up a batch of tea (about 2 gal) with kelp, alfalfa, bat guano, worm castings and, of course, Real Growers Recharge. I'll let the tea bubble for at least 24 hours and then split it between all 4 girls on Sunday just after topdressing and just before lights off. Autopots will get turned on at this time too. Everyone loved the change in light cycle and are starting to stretch nicely. Put up smaller squared trellis netting to spread out the bud sites as they continue to stretch. BBM1 is just a big, healthy girl and really think she's gonna give me a great harvest. BBM2 is filling out nicely and I think both the Cheese and Gruntz will need some tying down to keep the canopy as even as possible, even with the scrog. So anxious for the Blueberry smells to kick into gear.

Spreading out the branches under the trellis each day as the ladies continued this second week of stretch. Autopots turned off end of week on Fri and will be get turned back on sun after topwatering with recharge. Tent was getting crowded so I did a pretty good cleanup of the lower branches, big fan leaves and any fans growing toward the center of the plant. Hoping to have everyone on autopilot at the end of next week. Canopy looking pretty even for now but I don't think the gruntz or cheese are done with stretch. Everyone looking healthy and cheese still in the lead for stank factor. Top dressed both BBMs with Dr Earth Bud and Bloom booster 3-9-4 due to short advertised flower time by Humboldt Seed Company. Noticed when I was mixing the amendments into the topsoil that there was a thin crust that Had a nice layer of mycelium underneath. Everything was definitely very dry but at least I know the nutrients are getting broken down with my routine. Cheese and Gruntz both got topdressed with Dr Earth 4-6-3 and everyone got almost 3/4gal of water with recharge from the top. Keeping my PH between 6 and 6.3ish. PH really seems to fluctuate rapidly on the reservoir tank but I keep my eye on it. I do keep a large airstone running in the res and have airdomes running in the autopots during lights on only. Gonna leave them all alone for a few days and probably do one last defoliation next week at the end of stretch.

One last defoliation and trim of the branches that did not make it to the first canopy level. Both BBMs are flowering quickly, but not a lot of frost this early. Cheese makes my fingers smell like my feet after I touch her in any way. She is finally slowing down but is still going to have some taller buds on the canopy as a whole. Gruntz is tucked in the far corner that makes it tough to adequately trim and train her, but I've got her mostly under control. She, too, grew quite tall. I could have probably filled this 5x5 with just her and the cheese mainlined. Glad I didn't though, as the BBMs are finally giving a bit of the blueberry smell and I'm even more excited to finish them out now. Hoping to have a perfect J rolled for Santa. Same routine as last week with autopots off tonight (Fri) and they will each get top watered with 1/2 - 3/4gal of tea made from worm castings, alfalfa, kelp, molasses and bat guano. I also add Recharge to the tea after bubble brewing for at least 24 hours. Autopots will get turned back on Sunday, serving plain tap water at 6.0ish Ph. Lights are 28" from the top of BBM1 and dimmed to about 80%. I get heat issues if I go much higher..

Day73 / Day26 flower. Amazing how quickly these Blueberry Muffins are budding up. BBM1 is larger than BBM2 and is stacking up nicely. Cheese and Gruntz chugging along. Both have super stretched bramches toward the back of the tent with long internodal spacing. Going to put the autopots to the true test and head out of town for a week after Thanksgiving. Will have a helper that will refill the res tank, if needed but other than that they will be on autopilot. Of course I'll be watching via monitor cam. Happy growing and a happy, healthy Thanksgiving to the US growers!

Day 82 from seed / day35 of flower. I have literally done nothing but watch remotely from vaca in Jamaica since Thanksgiving. Autopots did their thing and only ran out of water on the 8th day, which works out perfectly for topdress with Dr Earth Bloom and Bud Booster following with top tea on Sunday. Everyone is stacking well and the frost is finally becoming more promenant all around. The smells from the BBMs are incredible. Glad I got some clones of BBM1 already vegging. Happy growing!

I'm cautiously optimistic about how easy this organic Autopot XL run has been so far. Everyone appears to be perfectly healthy, aside from some twisting in the sugar leaves,, which tells me my PH may be a bit high/inconsistent. Buds are swelling up a bit more each day and I'm loving the frost. The BBMs smell fantastic and its hard not to stem rub every time i visit. Thinking at least another 2 weeks on the muffins and 4 more for the big girls (cheese and gruntz) Trying to learn advanced settings on my camera as we head into the bud porn phase. Happy growing!

Really just another non eventful week for the girls with the auto pots dping the bulk of the work. I almost feel bad not getting in there even though I physically visit at least twice a day and monitor all day long via the security cam. Starting to see some amber coming through when scoping the blueberry muffins. Scoping the cheese and the gruntz just for fun for right now, as they still have at least 4 weeks. I'm hoping the blueberry muffin will be done by the end of this week and have to figure out where I'm going to dry them before then. My choices are either to cool a warm room with portable ac or warm a cold room with oil heater. In either case I'm going to need to get my humidifier out. I think i'm leaning towards heating the cold room because in the event of equipment failure, I would Just get cold bud versus bud drying too quickly from the heat. Planning to stretch out the cheese and gruntz from the middle of the tent once the BBMs are chopped. Happy growing!

- One of Humbolts signature strain crosses, Blueberry Muffin is a super easy grow with harvest on day 54 and 57 of flower. Had ZERO problems with either lady during the grow. BBM2 sat a bit shorter than BBM1 but the blueberry smell is more pure ON BBM2. Can't wait to try both.

I had high expectations from the strain and a final result did not disappoint. Small, but dense buds glistening with clusters of trichomes that emit the most powerful smell of blueberries when brushed against. Other than scrog training, topping and defoliation, I really didn't do much with these girls. Will update with a smoke report as soon as they're dry. Spot on, Humboldt Seed Company.

Another absolutely uneventful week other than harvesting BBM2 on Solstice. I wound up hanging her to dry in a cold room with an oil heater, keeping it at 60 degrees and a humidifier hitting about 57%. Smells awesome and I'm sure the amazon delivery person thinks so too. Had room to spread everyone out a bit and plan to harvest BBM1 sometime this week, shooting for Xmas day. She has the blueberry notes for sure but followed by a nice lil funk that isn't present in BBM2 . I'd like to push BBM1 a little longer to see how later flower goes but the ambers are popping in daily. Cheese is getting bulky and the Gruntz is FROSTY. Happy growing!

Chopped and hung whole to dry at 60/60 n d63 of flower. Fruity, delicious smells coming off of dense purplish buds covered in frosty trichs. Probably could have trained her better, but she was in a back corner of the tent that made her hard to reach. Plenty of popcorn buds down low that will go to either the press for osin or washed for bubble hash.

This was the last bean I had of this stink factory. Not a heavy hitter THC wise, so a great all around general purpose smoke. Terps are a pungent cheese with sweet notes afterward. Big, dense green nugs that stacked up nicely. Hung whole at 60/60 with the rest of the gang.

@HippyHemulen, yes. First time running autopots AND organic nutes only, which I've read is not as effective as going with liquid or dry in the reservoir. Im happy with the results so far as long as I do top tea on sundays.

Bro this is a strain I've wanted to try. I've had not the best luck with terps and smells In autos. I want strains that make me scared to open the the tent they stink so good.
