@dawgc, It's hard to say just from looking at the photo but it could be overwatered or a lack of air. Try giving it less water and a bit more air and see if it improves. Also, try putting your finger in the soil. If it feels wet, don't water it until it's soaked up, but don't leave it too long without water as you don't want to stress the plant.

@dawgc, hi bro! I've checked your photos. Leaves are very droopy, in most cases this is a over watering issue. Could this be possible.

Which Led are u using? Is it pulling 400W or is it just what they call it? :) Just saw ur update, if i was you i would try to let the pot dry out a little.. Give them a day without water or so until the leaves turn back up instead of being "sloppy". Im no pro, but i have a little experience :)
