thevalar007 Seed started in rapid rooter, then transferred to 16 oz dixie with promix and 20% worm castings. Fed with 50 ml of h20 and 1 mil liquid seaweed per gal.
thevalar007 Bruce is getting angry, you wouldn't like him when he's angry. Topped at 5th node today. Top-dressed only with 4 tbs of dolomite lime to help raise low ph in Happy Frog soil. We'll resume nutes next week and flip him to Hulk in a month. Banner aint puny.
thevalar007 Week 1 of flower and she started her stretch. Using General Hydroponics Trio for feed along with TPS Signal and Recharge for soil. I'm considering adding a 2nd trellis, but it depends on how the next week or two goes. Did some light and final defoliating. Could have went more but I didn't want to risk overdoing, not until I'm more experienced anyway. Plus I recommend having a plant to experiment on and take some high-reward risks concurrent with your main grow.

thevalar007 Grew about 3-4" in a week. The SCROG didn't take as well as a more experienced grower's would, but learned a lot about the process and how much LST helps. I feel it's important to understand how growth occurs in veg, as well as how important it is to plan for the stretch.

thevalar007 Just water and dolomite lime this week. Saw early signs of cal/mag deficiency, or low soil ph. This should boost it right up. Top dressed with 5 TBS of dolomite and watered heavily.

Sorry about the pics- i have a few other strains in the same tent and it's tricky to get isolated shots of each plant.

thevalar007 Bruce Banner looks good. It's one of my 1st indoor photo grows and definitely a learning curve. It's been fun figuring out what works best for me and my environment. I can honestly say there's tons of resources out there, both free and paid. My advice to new growers like myself whose using
the great content and bro science out there is to pick at least one of your favorite creators and follow that regiment, but feel free to tweak for what works best for you. Anyway, with some LST and topping I was able to keep the height manageable on BB. It's one of the plants that I have not experienced any major issues with, and learned how to improve my next grow of this strain. Overall, my biggest hurdle was underfeeding, and I am surprised at how much this ILGM Bruce Banner fem-photo was able to withstand compared to other plants in the same tent. The tea below is what I used to help give it a boost while I work out the last few feeds.
Brewed a tea, aerated for 24 hours before feeding.
per gal of water/ 6.5 ph / .5 gal per plant
Molasses - 1 tbs
fish shit - 5 mil
recharge - 1.5 tbs (meant to use tsp)
mycorrhizae - 1.5 tbs (meant to use tsp)
liquid seaweed - 10 mil
worm castings - 8 tbs
gai green bloom - 6 tbs / 100 ml

thevalar007 Can't wait to finish! WK 9 of flower. Fed with 3/4 gallon of feed water so I can get some runoff. 1st photo grow, learning a lot.
Smells unbelievable. This is one of the plants I'm most proud of, and would definitely grow again. I've
noticed that the buds are about 20% bigger than the other strains in my grow tent (check out my other
diaries for those).
5 gallon plastic pot (definitely going back to fabric for next run because I like the airflow in those and prefer them for cannabis roots, but I'll use these plastic pots in the vegetable garden outdoors next season for sure, love these square pots)
Happy Frog soil top dressed with dolomite.

thevalar007 Just plain ph balanced water.....any day now
I popped 1 seed of Bruce Banner fem-photo from ILGM in a rapid rooter. 142 days later here we are. The long flower time was definitely influenced by my environmental conditions, and a deficiency that I was able to fix. The fact that she withstood that and produced some nice looking buds with heavy aroma was impressive. I can't wait to grow again indoors and really push her to the max. Great genetics in my opinion as I did not experience any type of issues, herm, diseases, etc. The buds on these were the densest of all my ILGM.

thevalar007 Felt great to harvest! I ended up with a little more amber than I would have liked, but it really goes to reinforce that I should be checking trichomes right up until the end, daily if possible. If I did, I would likely have flushed and chopped earlier. A few days makes a big difference, great to know. As of writing, dry tent is about 66 F / 61% RH with slight air circulation.
