Soaked seeds in a glass of tap water for 24h, then germination in paper towel. 3 days in, all seeds popped nicely. Maybe look after 2 days next time, germlings went slightly yellow already. Planted the Ztrawberriez, one Frosted Guava and the Bruce Banner XXL germlings into 11Lfabric pots. The 2nd Guava and a Cream Automatic went into 8L fabrics, the 2nd Cream into a 4L pot. Wanted to see, which one is the perfect size for next run. Experimenting around, need to find my setup :) EDIT: Forgot to mention the mycorrhizae granules, added the data to the diary entry. About 1 tspn/gal soil and a few pellets right near the germlings

Lost all pics from week 1 until week 4 of flower, unfortunatley. Another lesson learned! Ill have to resort to upload a dummy pic so I can add more weeks, I guess... :/ Plants developed great! I swear!

Frosted Guava #1 (11L pot) startet to show some leaves drooping, then yellowing until many little brown necrosis(?) spots appeared. All ladies get the same nutritents as I am too lazy to treat every girl independently and internet research resulted in me buying a life-stash of Calmag. Added it in future feedings, which happen every watering BTW.

Zrawberriez doing absolutely fantastic, frosty AF! This plant just leads the pack like its 3 weeks ahead or sth. Creams catch up though, stinky little beasts in those small pots. Introduced TopMax, maybe little early, but hey I want to gain experience

This is the most recent development as of today, but i will report more often in the next few weeks. Frosted Guava No 1 still has those necrosis spots and a relatively droopy look, CalMag didnt do the trick for her. Ill keep it in the feeding schdeule for now. Suggestions welcome!!! :) Had to supercrop once again as some ladies went on a skyrocketing trip LOL. Should have matched the cultivars better, regarding their growing time and height. I try to keep VPD in the 1.0-1.2 kPa range for the rest of the grow. I manage it with a home built automation system, which lets me set a target VPD and regulates my humidifier. Temperature is managed solely by the integrated temp control which comes with my PrimaKlima 125 EC-TC. The humidifier (cheap pond fogger plus 24v fan in a box) reacts dynamically to the temperature measured by several wireless sensors in the tent and tries to reach and hold ideal values. Unfortunatly, Im still victim to wet weather and cannot really react to phases of high environmental humidity. Thought about getting a dehumidifier, but I dont want to waste so much energy. Since growing in soil I didnt mess with checking pH and EC at all until now, but seeing those necrosis spots and weird coloring of Frosted Guava No 1 despite everything I tried so far, I ordered a cheap chinese pH/EC/TDS-meter and test stripes for cross checking pH at least. Also Ill introduce BioBizz AlgAMic into my nutrient mix as its advertised as being beneficial in case of overfeeding or deficiencies and I made quite good progress with their other products. Thought Ill give it a try with both new helpers, learning is everything! Both will arrive some time next week though, so a little more patience is needed. For now, Ill reduce the amount of water for Frosted Guava No. 1 as I suspect root issues. Just want to see how she reacts

Introduced AlgAMic hoping it helps with both FrostedGuavas and the Bruce Banner, which seem to have some issues in form of dark spots on the leaves. Zrawberriez started to show the same dark spots since yesterday, so I am a little worried. I suspect pH-issues, but I still have to wait till my PH-meter arrives. Tap water in my region is moderatly alkaline and I didnt check PH as of now, so a little PH-down should help if thats really the case. Please leave a hint if you suspect anything else :) Overall Im really happy with the grow, the Cream Autos and the Ztrawberriez look amazing IRL, judging by the trichomes they should be ready in near future. Calendar for the Creams says 6-8 weeks S2H, so I think they are right in the middle of this range now. Ill see what this week brings and how they ll look on sunday. Ztrawberriez shouldnt be far behind. The rest looks like another 3-4 weeks, at least. Ill see...

My PH meter arrived finally this week. A quick test of runoff water revealed WAY too high ppm and PH around 5, I guess this is buildup from earlier feedings as I followed the nutrient schedule from Biobizz itself, falsely thinking that overfeeding could not be an issue (BioBizz says so!). I cut all products for now and water with PHed water only from now on. Both Creams, the Ztrawberriez and one Frosted Guava will probably come down later this week, when the weather forecast predicts a good window to do so. I took early samples from both Creams, they are already hanging (in suboptimal conditions with humidity between 55 and 65%, temp 23.5°C). They looked the most developed and I wanted to see how it will look when dried, not sure when to take em down. I will upload updated photos later today, would love some thoughts of you guys on when to harvest. Looks like some plants started foxtailing a bit. Doesnt that mean increased yield? I am a bit confused on what to do now LOL, didnt expect flowers to grow new buds at all 😀 Problem: I only have this tent and to dry properly I need to take all plants down at once. Bruce Banner XXL and one Frosted Guava just dont look finished as of today and I do not think this will change in the next few days too...Maybe I will have to take them down anyway and use them for bubble hash or sthm else, I dont think they would be a nice smoke if taken down right now.

Grew like hell and and the most even canopy structure. I´ll have to say that not all plants received all the same traiing, so real comparison is not possible, unfortunatly. Reaching the end of flowering stage, she started to show these little dark spots which spread by lightning speed. That was the sign for me to take her down to prevent further damage, as the main nugs went crispy already. Shes hanging now for about 100 hours now and even the little popcorn buds are pretty dry already, so I put her limbs into a tub with a newspaper to buffer some moisture. I had difficulties lowering the temperature, should have waited until today as temperatures dropped significantly outside. I hope that doesnt really affect the taste when its finally cured Early smoke: Pretty scratchy still (expected) but extremely resinous, sticky and quite potent. For me, she is really good for an evening setting, where I know I don´t have to function any more HAHA. Goodstuff for netflix n chill. Aroma i Well, in my case it should be called netflix n instantsleep 😎 Took the sticking-test like a champ! Aroma is really powerful, but not near ideal curing level at all. Ill update some time later :) Right now, shes smelling really earthy and burns my nose a bit, like sniffing solvents or sth....alive she would really smell like strawberriez, so I hope that smell kinda comes back through curing. Out of the 4 different strains I ran in this first cycle, this one handled the nutrient buildup and excessive lighting schedule the worst. All other strains are coming out a lot healthier. However, none of the others produced this even of an canopy and trichomes. Great strain! Unfortunatly, I could only afford 1 at the time of buying, would have loved some additional beans from the same batch to re run this cycle with a little more strain knowledge :)

I reviewed the equipment used and already lost some words on the strain there. I´ll update with pictures after trimming and weighing as I have very little free time at the moment. Took her down mid of week 9 as she started to get really crispy at the top buds due to excessive light stress and soil salt build up, leading to really acidic conditions. She looks great anyway and has produced enormous amounts of resin, so if it doesnt taste good after curing or something like that I can still use her or hash or oil / edibles. She hits like a truck, early smoke was rough! That would match with usng it as a edible LOL. But I´ll cure it properly and see, maybe that deep strawberry smell comes back!

dont worry about the look of the plants, you are close to finish them. for the next grow you can change some specifications like less light and nutrients, more water and a good VPD

Hey did you measure PPFD? How is your light distance? Looks like light burn to me tbh. That light green color on those Frosted Guavas could indeed be root issues. Are their leaves drooping regularly? Some things you could check up✌️ keep it up!
