This seed popped up right away. I might have to move the light closer as it is getting a bit too tall, but I will wait another day to melt that call. In the meantime I increased the light intensity.
Well I am hoping I don’t kill this one. I overwatered it and now it is stuck in a droopy loop. Going to pay better attention to my moisture meter. I also read that it needed lots of nutrients so I am increasing those this week. I am also adding a bit of voodoo juice to spruce up the roots. Finally I measured the ph of my soil and it was actually in the high 5s. I will test again tomorrow to see if it is increasing. I am hoping the nutrients bring it up slightly.
This plant hasn’t thrived as much as some of my others. I think the overwatering early on had quite an impact. I am hoping that flowering spruces this plant up a bit.
I wish I would have flipped this plant sooner. However, if it continues to fill out like it has been it is going to be a monster. It is starting to smell wonderful as well! Looking forward to this harvest in about a month.
Love this strain (she was my first harvest)! Your plants look healthy!
Let me preface that I am not an expert, but I see some fading between the veins of the leaves and it has me wondering if your ph might be a little high at 6.9 for the last three weeks. When I grew in soil, I found that 6.5 worked well for me.
(I’m experiencing the same leaf issue in coco at a much lower 6.0 ph). I’d research ideal ph before making changes….just trying to help. Looking forward to following along….looks like it will be a fun grow!
@@Hankster, your comment was helpful. I do understand just testing the water/solution going in. I measured my ph in my soil and it was actually low. I too however am focusing more now on testing all of the water/solution going in instead of focusing on the soil ph solely.
@Sparkle_Party, I only test the ph of my liquids before every feeding. I never test my soil ph since I don’t trust the accuracy of any of the soil meters. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
I grew DNA Genetic's Holy Grail Kush years ago. It was the stinkiest strain i ever grew. It was so pungent there was no carbon filter on earth that could scrub that fucker. Potent smoke. Not a huge yielder. But mine grew very indica dominant. Yours looks very Sativa ish.
