Hey man I couldnt help but notice your net cups are only half full. The problem in doing this is light will leak through those slits in the cup and then unwanted algae/slime will grow on your roots causing all kinds of problems. Absolutely no light should leak through into a DWC reservoir, especially during the seedling and early vegetative stage.
