Going well so far. I have a couple ounces of PurplePunch Auto from another breeder currently curing but it didn’t turn out as good as expected, it’s somewhat airy and not so resinous which is mostly do to growing conditions of course. Smells like FruitLoop cereal tho. Trying same strain from different breeder to see the difference in genetics.
PurplePunch Auto not doing too well, seem like she is stressing from nute burn, heat or light intensity maybe even signs of wind burn but neither of them should be the case. Haven’t fed any nutes, temps and humidity are stable, light is at 30%= +/- 300w 40 inches away and fans are set low at setting 3 out of 10! Gave it a nice amount of watering Saturday 10/21/23 to try and clean out some of the HappyFrog feeding which are pretty soft from my experience. But every plant is different no matter genetics, strains or breed. Seen a decent amount of stunt so I’ll do my best to help her bounce back!
Still showing signs of slow growth from being stunted, looks like burn from the nutes in the soil which is pretty light FoxFarm HappyFrog. Was thinking of tossing it but will see how she does if it don’t hermie, also she is showing good signs the past couple days. Have yet to feed her anything but PHed water. I’m used to Autos and this is the first time I’ve had an issue with one so that’s a first for me!
Sunday 10/29/23 noticed super long pistils on each node so GREAT sign, fastest and smallest auto I’ve had so far!
Doing well she seem to start preflowering, branches are stretching and bud sites are forming nicely. She is looking quite small though. Had to add the trellis to tame the Photos while this Auto continues sharing space with vegging Photos. Raised the lights height and the intensity from 40% to 50%!
She is smelling a bit and looking great. The stretch is going and the pistils are growing, branches are a little thin and weak so I want to see how those buds will grow and hold up. But the main stem is not lanky with stretched out bud sites so might be stacked and dense!
Developing very well and not too much stretch so she is looking good for an Auto. Her smell is starting to come through slightly more and bud sites are appearing more prominent, looks like she might be dense, compacted buds. Happy plant so far signs of good genetics.
Great looking plant after her early stunt she went through! Starting to smell potent and she is starting to bulk buds as well as thricomes! She seem to always be happy no drooping no curling no complaining lol. Certainly looking way better than the couple last Purple Punch Autos from another breeder/seller!
Looking, smelling and doing great! She is frosting up well and buds are forming nicely. She has been growing so well all the way through besides an early hiccup between the seedling and veg stage where she stunted for a few days. After that she bounced back strong, I’m hoping to see those buds stack up tight and swell up near harvest.
Also I want to add that I’ve seen a difference with her frost stacking once I started the UV/IR supplemental lighting so that’s good!
Yuummmz! Looking and smelling great, soon to be harvested I’ll say maybe 2 to 3 weeks max! She is starting to swell slowly and continues to produce trichomes. Will be a little hard to remove from tent when the time comes but I will sure need the space for the rest of them.
Beautiful frosty plant and smells very delicious like candy. Not as big as I would like the buds to be but good enough, she is finishing up I gave it one last feeding this week. Next week will flush, trichomes are cloudy with maybe 10% amber.
Finally moved things around in the tent and removed the trellis. Started flushing this lady with water beginning of the week than Flawless Finish, the trichomes are still mostly cloudy with a few amber. As much as I would like to continue letting her ripen the photoperiods need to start flowering asap! This week I will have to harvest this beauty.
Purple Punch smells insanely delicious literally like sugary candy/fruity very sweet! Been flushing with PHd water. She had some branches trimmed off because they were almost touching the floor from the weight of the buds which are also very frosty. Chopped off about 6 branches which are now in a closet as I usually dry the buds in the tent after harvest. Looks like I have a reason for another tent and few equipments for a dry tent! Will be harvesting a bit early which sucks but it’s necessary do to the Photoperiods becoming large after vegging for 13 weeks smh.
Total dry bud weight 63.2g (no popcorn buds on weight)
Great easy plant to grow, this has been the only Purple Punch Auto seed that actually finished well. Tried different breeders and the buds never finished let alone swelled up, end results were fluffy airy buds.
This plant came up fine all the way through and I’m certain it can do a lot better if grown in an environment where it’s not shared with Photoperiods. Overall great grow!
Could’ve used a bit more time to ripen but I really needed to get the Photoperiods in the tent flowering as they have been in veg for well over 14 weeks. Still very good results and delicious looking and smelling buds. Have them drying in a closet which I never do but have no space at the moment to add a drying tent!
Total dry weight 63.2g (no popcorn weight included)

Tak for din positive energi ⚡ tilbage. Det er faktisk det gode ved growdiaries.com/ at man ikke sviner (der er altid en) men det har jeg kun oplevet en gang på 1år og3 måneder. Det fedt.
@Nicogreen,
Thank you so much for the positivity sent out, I send the same luck and positivity to you too. I just finished some Gelato Auto and it looks beautiful and smells sooo delicious, I wanted some purple so I turned up the AC in the lung room a bit more and it payed off nice. Hope you enjoy your ladies!
@StarfishSmallBatch, yes but because of her I had to veg the others way too long. She was amazing and very clean tasting, friends want me to grow more of it they loved it so much. The barbershop still talks about it lol.
I wouldn’t grow another auto with photos though!
Thank you and good luck with yours as well, will be harvesting this week hopefully. Do to Photoperiods in the tent have been vegging for over 2 months maybe going on 3!
