I germinated one Mango Lassi and one Serious Kush with the paper towel method. Afterwards I planted the seeds in a 1l pot of a light soil mix. After two weeks I transplanted them into 11l pots and started to add the Bio Tabs products into the soil. At this time I planted a second Mango Lassi seed directly into a 1l pot of light soil. After another five days I topped the two older plants. The Mango Lassi has some purple stems, but I don't know if it's a deficiency or due to the genetics. The Mango Lassi is tall and not really bushy. The Serious Kush has big stems, is way smaller and is really bushy. I did a small defoliation on the SK.
After about one week of growth, I tranpslanted the younger Mango Lassi plant into a 11l pot and added the Bio Tabs products. I won't top this plant. I did some LST on the other plants and defoliated them three days ago. I will change the light cycle to 12/12 tonight.
After 4,5 weeks of vegging I flipped the light to 12/12. One Mango Lassi already started to herm on day 5 after the flip. I will probably remove the plant to prevent pollination.
I fed the Serious Kush with 10 ml of Bio PK for the first time this week. The Mango Lassi is definitely catching up and is a really fast grower.
I defoliated the plants on day 21 of flower.
In week four of flower the Mango Lassi is still streching. The plant is in a smaller pot but it's taller than the the serious Kush right now. I did some LST on the Mango lassi to keep the canopy even.
Once again I fed both plants with Bio PK by Bio Tabs.
I defoliated the plants one more time on day 32 of flower. Both plants received 10 ml of BioPK 5-8. The buds of the Serious Kush already have a real dense look. The flowers of the Mango Lassi don't look as dense yet. The smells are sligthly getting stronger.
Both plants have a really nice smell at this point. The Serious Kush smells gassy with a bit of lemon. The buds are really frosty. The Mango Lassi has a really nice exotic fruity smell to it. I fed both plants with 10 ML of BioPK 5-8 again.
The leaves of the Mango Lassi are getting purple and the buds are getting bigger. The buds on the Serious Kush are really dense. At least 2-3 weeks to go...
Amazing fall colours when I open the tent. The Mango Lassi leaves turned from a dark purple to red. The plant has a nice and very sweet aroma. The flowers on the Serious Kush are frosty and dense and have a dank smell.
Week 9 is coming to an end and it's almost time to harvest. At this point the plants are really loud. I dimmed the light and will probably harvest during week 10. At this point I won't water the plants any more.
On day 67 of flowering I chopped both plants. Trichomes were mainly milky with some amber. After the chop both plants were hung upside down in the grow tent. The humidity ranges between 57-61 % at 18-20 degrees celcuis. The buds should be dry in about 14 days.
