Temperature, humidity, etc... are not your problem. The amount of mineral fertilizers is... way way way too high. In the first weeks, it just accumulates in the soil and plant (NO³-, PO³-, and other organic ions). In the first weeks, only the gradual reduction in growth and health becomes visible, which you can already see in leaf deformities.
If you don't consistently water, the concentration increases and chlorosis and necrosis will occur.
In addition to the reduced yield and fertilizer costs, there is a decrease in quality due to accumulated substances in the green mass.
