Blue Cheese If You Please

While I'm technically not in the veg stage, the seeds are currently germinating and will be in pots soon. I figured I would take the time and do this diary a lot more thoroughly than my previous. ------------------------------ Tent Setup; DIY 4x4 ft tent 3ft Tuber Heater @ 135w. (Haven't used it yet, but with the nights getting colder I have it ready in case). Inline; Black Orchid Mixed-Flow Extractor; Black Orchid Centri-Flow attached to carbon filter Starting off with some 3 litre pots, finishing pots will be 15l with a small layer of clay pebbles at the bottom to help draining. Soil - Canna Terra Pro Plus + added perlite. ------------------------------ Lighting; 2x Hipargero 450w COB's (Using 1 for the first few weeks of veg then I will be using both of them. I also have a Mars Hydro ECO 98 currently being unused so I may setup another tent soon. ------------------------------ I'm going to be using a different combo of nutrient's this time. Still sticking with BioBizz but with a few new additions. Growth Technology Formulex - For their first week of growth. Also using their PH up and down. BioBizz Grow, Bloom and TopMax - Grow for veg and Bloom and TopMax for flowering. I will also be using Activ Vera this time around. I wanted to give their Fish Mix a try this time around but have heard it is rather smelly so took a miss this grow. Vitalink PK - I normally use Canna's but was out of stock when I went to pick up some will will be using this for the first time. Rhizoflora Inc. Terpinator - Again first time using this but with the overwhelming feedback i've seen on here and other places it seems I'd be daft not to use it. Adanced Nutrients Bud Candy, Flawless Finish and Sensi Cal Mag Extra - Used the Cal Mag on my previous grow and the results were to be expected so I cant complain about that one. Bud candy, my last grow was the first time using it so im not 100% if it made a big differance so I may end up just using it on one plant this time to see if anything different. I never used the flawless finish last grow so again I'm not sure how good it actually is. So odds are I will flush 2 of the plants normally and use flawless finish on the thrid and see what the harvest is like.

Going to count today as day 1. All three seeds have popped gave a little stretch and have shed their seeds. Tomorrow they will be put into their first set of pots and at the end of the week they will be moved over into the tent. Currently they are under a small 40w LED bulb, around a foot above them. At the end of this week they will go under the larger light. For now they are just having some plain filtered water but towards the end of the week they will get some Formulex at half dose. Not much else to go over this week but I will update this week with any changes that have happened. **Day 2** Been put into their first set of pots and I have setup a small irrigation line to feed all three of them. **Day 6** They're in the larger tent now under a 450w cob.

Just gone the halfway mark now for week 2 and the plants are doing well. Currently they are being given some Acti-Vera and Bio-Grow every third feed. I'll carry on feeding this week for the next week or so until they become a bit more established. Currently they are under 1 450w Cob from Hipargero that is sitting a touch over 24 inches above them. My last grow I had the same light a little higher and it caused a lot of stretching so keeping her a little lower this time but keeping a close eye on the girls. Not much more going on this week apart from doing a spot of cleaning in the tent and will most likely raise the pots off the ground a few inches or so as I dont want the pots becoming too cold and don't have a thermo for soil. I'll update with more photos as this week in veg goes on and add any updates here as well.

So now we're at the end of week 3 for veg. Plants have been growing well this week growing a few new nodes with close spacing. Haven't touched my light distance this week as plants seem to be responding well and I have seen no issues regarding heat or light burn. On top of Bio-Grow and Acti-Vera they were given a low dose of cal-mag this week.

Plants were repotted this week into 14.5l pots and have responded well with some new growth. The nodes are sticking close together and she is becoming pretty bushy. She has hit her 4th node now, when she reaches her 5th I'll be topping her and beginning some LST. They had some slight stress last week but have since recovered nicely. Still hitting them with Bio-Grow and Acti Vera for now. I also added ecotheive charge to the soil that's in the larger pots.

Hit the girls with some terpinator this week and a microbe tea in the form.of ecothrive biosys at 1g per l. girls were also topped this week and seem to be recovering quickly. also 2 of the girls have started to show signs of sex.
