W0.D1 To be honest, this grow is not in soil, but in CANNA Terra Professional Plus potting mix, which is actually a high-quality potting mix or substrate for plant cultivation and consists of many components. However, the potting mix is still closer to soil. I find it convenient to work with – the 20 liters of mix make my modding pot for the grow very light. W0.D3 Finally prepared new modded pot with forced root aeration and 4 dripping points. Germination direction cage is from bamboo sticks and much easier and lighter.

W1.D1(6)-1 Today I started applying fertilizer to the Fürsteverina. It has been germinating quite slowly, but I believe in her :) W1.D1(6)-2 Oops, we've encountered a situation here. The problem is that when I planted the seed on November 13, 2023, I hadn't yet finished working on the pot. In the heat of the work, I accidentally compacted the seed into a place from which it could no longer germinate. I waited two days, couldn't find it, and planted a second one, but I didn't start a new journal, as it didn’t sprout due to my fatal mistake, not because of any issues with the variety. However, today I was in for a surprise. After a whole week, the first seed sprouted! I think it's a great achievement on its part. I just can't bring myself to remove one of them. And unfortunately, I don’t have space for separate placement yet. So, this will be the diary of two girls in one pot!

W2.D5(16) The smaller girl was planted in the soil two days earlier. It is clearly visible how the favorable conditions at planting contributed to the incomparably faster growth of the younger seed. Now I am moving the leaves of the new one to give the first one a chance to grow.

W3.D1(19) The difference in their growth and development is becoming quite indecent. While the older one has only put out large root leaves and is beginning to prepare shoots, the younger one's shoots are already producing new shoots and the trunk is about 7 mm wide. W3.D4(22) The younger and bigger girl have huge leaves that simply cover all the new shoots, and I'm considering removing them. The eldest is trying her best, but she is significantly behind in development. W3.D5(23) I actively guide the growth of a young plant and today I accidentally broke one of its largest leaves. It's very powerful and grows very actively. W3.D7(25) Started to bend main cola. Switched to new feeding schedule. Turned on bottom lights.

W4.D1(26) Decreased watering cycle from 2/14 to 1/10 sec. Facing issues with some of leaves: 1. Half of the sheet curls and degrades. I have never encountered this before, I continue to observe. 2. Irregularities and damage to the leaf structure, unexplained holes. W4.D2(27) A smell is starting to appear. W4.D3(28) They preparing to start flowering. W4.D4(29) I made something like a trellis that is independent of the box and comes out with the pot. It should also support the vines, which, I hope, will grow to the point where they need support. And remade the lattice for the grow box. Made it neater, to fit the dimensions of the entire grow box to the edges, and made it removable. P.S. Today was an extremely interesting and productive day. Having started building something akin to a SCRoG, I completely revised the grow mechanism, dismantled the tower, and switched to bamboo lattices. The upper one hangs on ropes and can be raised. The lower one is firmly fixed on the plant, forms the main directions of growth, and can be disassembled when it is no longer needed. There were some sacrifices involved. W4.D5(30) She feels better, but i find another trauma 😬 To prevent drying out, I applied pine nut oil to the spot of yesterday's confirmation. W4.D6(30).1 Switched watering scheme from 1/10 to 2/9. W4.D6(30).2 I applied pine nut oil on the trauma again. W4.D6(30).3 And switched back from 2/9 to 1/10.

W5.D1(32) Trauma seems much better. I'm continuing to apply pine nut oil on it every day to prevent dryness. Switched from 1/10 to 1/15 watering scheme. Then filled soil with 3L of water with fertilizers until it came to drainage. Improvement to drainage outlet. W5.D2(33) Continuing to apply pine nut oil on trauma. Switched watering scheme from 1/15 to 2/10. Switched bottom lights from off to on. Switched bottom cage from present to absent. Switched number of attempts to support for the damaged cola from 0 to 2. Switched root aeration level from 2 to 1. Switched watering scheme from 2/10 to 2/7. Switched root aeration level from 1 to 4. Switched main cola bend count from 2 to 3. W5.D3(34) Switched root aeration level from 4 to 5. Switched the presence of foil over the soil from present to absent. Switched watering scheme from 2/7 to 2/6. Switched watering scheme from 2/6 to 1/15. W5.D4(35) Lowered the top light by 15 cm. W5.D5(36) Again, there was an injury - my bong fell on the bush. It broke one very promising cola and damaged another. Considering the current experience of recovery, I immediately applied pine nut oil and tightly tied it up. Already two injuries are healing. W5.D6(37) The trauma is very serious. I'm not only unsure if it will be possible to save the damaged leg, but also uncertain whether the injury won't lead to problems for the entire young girl, because the integrity of the main stem is compromised. I sealed the unnecessary holes using bread crumb, soaked in pine nut oil.

W6.D1(38) The younger one feels different - all the sprouts above the biggest injury have withered and some leaves have started to dry out, while the lower sprouts continued to grow and feel good. It's interesting to see how the process will continue. Switched watering scheme from 1/15 to 2/6. W6.D2(39) All the sprouts above the site of the second injury have degraded and are preparing to dry out. I am not removing them myself to avoid causing additional stress to the plant. Its remaining sprouts have received all the strength of the roots and continued active development. However, it is unlikely that their development will be able to compensate for the loss of about 14 main sprouts on the main stem. Nevertheless, I am glad that it has survived and continues its growth cycle. Switched watering scheme from 2/6 to 2/4. W6.D3(40) Today I was rough with her. I decided to cut off all the degrading sprouts, but I couldn't do it neatly. I'll hope it works out. The total losses from the bong fall amounted to no less than half of the sprouts. W6.D4(41) Switched watering scheme from 2/6 to 1/15.

W7.Day.1(45) Younger seems better after her traumas. Older grows up to scrog. Switched watering scheme from 1/15 to 2/7. W7.Day.3(47) Switched watering scheme from 2/7 to 2/13. W7.Day.4(48) Cleaned up water supply system. Flushed the soil with 5l of spring water. Switched watering scheme from 2/13 to 2/7 after cleanup. Reconfigured some of the branches in SCRoG. W7.Day.5(49) I decided to complement the care for my girls with music therapy - I set up a bluetooth speaker for them with music at 432 Hz. W7.Day.6(50) Today is Paganini day And first photo test Also reconfigured water supply system up to 6 points. W7.Day.7(51) Switched watering scheme from 2/7 to 2/13.

W8.Day.1(52) After readjusting the irrigation system, the grow process became more lively. Attached the ruler. W8.Day.2(53) Smell becoming more intense They drinks better. Switched watering scheme from 2/13 to 2/21. W8.Day.3(54) The flowering is not yet at its midpoint, but the younger girl already has orange pistils appearing. The younger one has fewer trichomes than the older one. But looking at the photo, the older one has only one large and three small colas, and everything else is the younger girl. However, she is actively growing and drinking, adding about a centimeter a day. Also, my pot is leaking. I've placed a leak protector underneath it, but the right edge of the pot has risen a couple of centimeters. The pot is positioned at a slight angle, so I had to re-stick the ruler a couple of centimeters higher. I decreased the amount of fertilizers per liter.

W9.Day.1(59) As the ninth week of flowering arrives, my plants are doing quite well. The younger one has recovered from her injuries and has produced a plethora of buds from her seven nodes. It seems I'm on track to set a new personal record for the stem width at the base - currently, it measures 33 millimeters. My plan is to see these plants through 70 to 77 days of flowering. W9.Day.3(61) Today's music program features rave and Sanskrit. Removed some old root leaves that covers less potent colas. Sending greetings to @chamomile (https://growdiaries.com/grower/chamomile) from week nine of Grow and week two of the Challenge )) W9.Day.4(62) This week's revelation has been the attempt to change the approach to watering and nutrient application by moving away from the recommended Advanced Nutrients program to mixing all types of nutrients at a lower concentration until the end of the grow (not considering the flushing of course). So far, everything is working, and if it continues this way, it opens the path for me to fully automate the watering cycle throughout the entire grow along with nutrient application. The end goal is one container for nutrients, one connection to the water supply system, and one drainage. The ultimate aim is an automated grow. P.S. There are already plans for a robotic LST ))).

W10.Day.1(66) By the beginning of the 10th week, the towers have already formed enough, and now they continue to widen. The upward growth is about 4-5 millimeters (approximately 0.18 inches) per day. Based on the planned 4 weeks and maintaining the same rates of vertical growth, they should grow another 140 millimeters upwards (about 5.51 inches), and my grow box allows for this. W10.Day.4(69) The vertical growth of the tallest cola has almost stopped between 75 and 76 centimeters. However, the other colas continue to grow taller. And all continue to thicken and widen. It's interesting to see how thick they can grow. The scheme with equal low doses of 6 fertilizers has shown that it does not burn the tips of new leaves and allows the girls to grow, so I will stop at it for now. According to the plan, I suppose a couple more weeks of growth. However, for precise diagnostics, I lack an electronic microscope. A regular consumer one does not satisfy with its quality. W10.Day.5(70) Today, considering the progress of the girls, I started wondering - what would their development look like not with the 3000 Kelvin bulbs from the nearest hardware superstore, but with the correct spectra and frequency ranges... And it seems like there's still a lot of potential for even greater results 😊🌟 W10.Day.6(71) It seems that now I can assess the quality of trichomes using a small microscope for the phone that attaches with a clip.

W11.Day.1(73) As the 7th week of flowering begins, managing the scent becomes increasingly challenging—the aroma is exceptionally potent and permeates everywhere. Even my older robust ventilation systems are struggling to cope. Additionally, new white pistils have started emerging on the aging flower clusters. W11.Day.2(73) Hey fellow growers! 🌟 Just wanted to spread some positive vibes and share the latest highlights from my grow journey. Things are buzzing with excitement as my plants continue to thrive. 🌿✨ It's like discovering a whole new world – from thinking of them as Christmas trees to realizing they're more like pineapples now! 🍍🌲 The flower clusters are taking on a fascinating resemblance to miniature pineapple crowns, and it's truly a delightful surprise. Nature has its own way of keeping us in awe. 🌿🌈 Every day brings new wonders, and I'm enjoying every moment of this leafy adventure. Happy growing, everyone! 🍃💚🌿 Cheers to @chamomile 😜 W11.Day.5(76) Pot needs some tweaking. Due to excess lingering moisture, I've got fungus gnats buzzing around. Now, I aim to dry out the drainage by reducing watering. 🌿💧 Seems, that i faced mold issues.

Happy Harvest Day!

This variety has demonstrated an incredible resilience, thriving against all odds 🌱. Accidentally, I caused significant damage to the largest plant by dropping a bong on it. Yet, from the surviving seven stakes, 280 g of buds were harvested 🍃. I'm determined to cultivate this strain to its fullest potential 🌟.

W12.Day.1(77) The captivating journey took an unexpected turn when mold was spotted on two buds, prompting me to opt for an emergency harvest to mitigate further spread 🍂. By skipping both washing and drying (last 24 hours without water) to speed up the harvest, the weight of the large bush, a hefty 2485 grams, included all the water, stems, leaves, and even the bamboo scrog :) Upon thorough examination, no additional signs of mold were detected. I ensured all the buds were dried under the highest airflow possible, effectively minimizing the impact of the mold 🌬️. In response to this challenge, I'm planning to enhance the ventilation system and improve data monitoring within the grow box. These adjustments aim to replicate the success of this growing method while preventing mold in future cycles 🛠️. My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who has been part of this journey through the diary. Your engagement and encouragement mean the world to me and my plants 🌿. Huge thanks to @AsNoriu, @MiyaguiOkPolilla, @nonick123, @Archie1337, @JuanHaze_Arg, @deFharo, @Plantinator, @GrowerOG, @GrowInSparta, @Lemonhazelover for following my journey and wishing me success 🌟. Your support means the world to me 🙏💚. A special shoutout to @chamomile; I'm gearing up for a strong comeback 💪. Appreciation extends to @SkunkleDamo, @TheUk420Show, @HerbalEdu, and @FNplug6 for their invaluable advice during this critical decision-making process 🙏. W12.Day.7(83) Almost a whole week of drying has passed, and I've managed to remove the excess fan leaves and the less trichome-dense parts of the remaining leaves 🍃✂️. Made a little update to the dryer - added an extra section and now all the cleaned colas with buds are comfortably sitting on the drying racks 🌿🔄. No signs of mold anywhere, which is a huge win 🚫🍄✨. I haven’t separated them from the branches yet; I’m planning the final weighing after another week of drying ⏳🌱. P.S. Dreaming about the yield if I could manage to hold out for two more planned weeks of grow 🌠💭🌳. More smiles, more vibes 🌈😊. W13.Day.3(86) I took one of the ready buds off the drying rack to check it out and study it 🧐. There are lots of clear and white trichomes and hardly any amber ones. The smell reminds me of Mimosa Orange Punch Auto from Barney's Farm 🍊. I think the terpene profile must have come from the Mimosa. It could have used more time to flower and mature, rather than this early finish 🌱. But we work with what we've got and move forward from here. This weight of 3.49 grams will be added to the total tally after the final weighing at the end of the two-week drying period ⚖️. The taste after smoking has a quite strong chemical note. It should diminish after curing. In terms of potency, it's slightly below my previous grow. But again, this is without curing.

Don't pin your value to other people's belief... Whatever you have done, someone else has probably also done it and likely better, too. There are 8 billion people in this world... Plus, yield is more about genetics, considering the biggest thing we contribute is not stepping on our own genitals.
