This week was great. I have been more consistent with the lightning and the plant has shown good progress. It is starting to show the second pair of leaves coming.

I think, now is the moment to take a new seed and start over again. This is a prime example, how to not grow a seed. Good luck next time!

@nmhomegrower, This plant is lost. start new, with a fresh seed, and give enough light from the start. This one had not enough light, which should be obvious.
FraFra__frankenstoner_Two_days_in_a_day
sure. Either you should have taken a bigger pot, 6 litres to 8 litres from the start, or have repotted it after the first week. Then you must give more light from the start. Do you see how thin the stem is? A strong lamp on the other side of the room, obviously doesnt work at all. If you can dim it down to 25 %, you probably can hang it 30 cm (12 inches) above the seedling. At week 7 it should be quite a bush, about 30 cm high. A little bit of fertigation will help ,too. The direct light above the plant, must be so bright, that you almost need sunglasses to look at your plant. Never look directly into the light, this will harm your eyes!
