Day 16;
Today she was big enough to get topped. She is the first one to be topped out of 3 different Barney Farm's strains that sprouted simultaneously.
Day 26;
She has grown well and is outgrowing her space in the tent. I'll put her outside to start her flowering shortly.
I improved the space in the tent by adding some frames that'll stop the walls from being sucked inwards.
Day 1 of flower;
She gets a rough start outdoors with some strong winds. Tonight she'll get a spraying of Neem to prepare her for the outdoor bugs that are sure to come and visit.
I have been disconnected from my ISP and haven't been able to update the diary in a few weeks. Due to poor weather I moved the girls indoors. It's a bit tight, but better than outside at the moment.
Day 24 of flower;
She's doing well and have become quite tall. I'm looking forward to see how her buds will develop.
Day 41 of flower;
She's starting to show some nice bud development. Sticky smelly buds are forming and her main cola looks like it'll get massive in a few weeks. I hope she'll also show me some colours soon...
Day 48 of flower;
She's getting beautiful buds along her tall branches. They start to fill out nicely into long colas. She's developing loads of trichomes and she smells lovely. She doesn't show any purple colour yet.
Day 55 of flower;
She's getting beautiful buds. She got some White Powdery Mildew (WPM) that I found yesterday. I washed some off with a wet paper towel, and I sprayed her with H2O2. I also picked some leaves that were badly infected. Today she looks good. I've ordered a Propolis product that will then hopefully make sure the plants won't get the WPM back.
Day 56 of flower;
Flushing started
This has quickly become one of my favourite night time strains. The buds are absolutely delicious and as her name states she packs a punch. It's a heavy hitter that I enjoy very much. I'm vaping some as I write this and I'm enjoying every puff of it very much. The taste lingers on the tongue afterwards as I feel the effect starting to spread throughout my body. It's got some fruity, spicy flavour that tastes deliciously purple. It can get you a bit couch locked, so it's great when you want a good hit.
The yield was not very high, but that was my own fault. I started her together wit 3 other plants outdoors, but had to move them all indoors to a crammed space with not much light. This happened just as they all switched to flowering. However, the buds are superb! It's very tasty and it hits super hard.
So, I was a bit too optimistic when I initially planned to grow her outdoors. We were hit by the winter storms early and I had to move my 4 outdoor plants indoors to where I didn't really have any space or enough light for them. She did alright though, considering the circumstances, and she produced some beautiful buds regardless.
